First, strictly control banquet activities.

Adhere to the principle of "delaying the red event, keeping the funeral simple, and not hosting banquets", and strictly control banquet activities such as wedding banquets, birthday banquets, full moon banquets, and school banquets. Banquets with more than five tables must be reported in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures. The number of tables in the banquet hall hosted by catering units shall be controlled within 75% of the number of tables that can be accommodated.

Second, the implementation of banquet reporting procedures

1. Urban and rural residents who hold banquets with more than 5 tables at home shall fill in the banquet registration form and the commitment letter for epidemic prevention and control, and report to the village committee where they live in advance.

2. If urban and rural residents come to the store to hold banquets, there are 5 tables-15 tables. Fill in the banquet registration form, the commitment letter of epidemic prevention and control and the list of people attending the banquet, and report to the village Committee where the household registration is located in advance. The banquet hotel shall report to the local market supervision department with the banquet registration form signed by the village Committee, and the local market supervision department shall send a copy to the local township. If it exceeds 15 table, fill in the catering report, the commitment letter of epidemic prevention and control and the list of people attending the banquet, and report to the village Committee where the household registration is located in advance. Catering hotels should hold the Banquet Report signed by the village committee, and report to the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters after being audited by the local market supervision department.

3. Banquet hosted by personnel of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, 5 tables-15 tables. Fill in the catering report, epidemic prevention and control commitment and the list of catering personnel, and report to the unit. The catering hotel shall report to the local market supervision department with the catering report signed by the unit, and the local market supervision department shall send a copy to the local township. If it exceeds 15 table, fill in the catering report, the undertaking of epidemic prevention and control and the list of people attending the banquet, and report to the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters with the catering report signed by the unit.

Third, implement the main responsibility.

According to the principle of "who undertakes, who is responsible", the banquet organizer and the person in charge of the undertaking enterprise should actively cooperate with the implementation of relevant policies for epidemic prevention and control, strictly prevent the occurrence of epidemic, strengthen closed-loop management, and scientifically and accurately do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in the catering sector of our county.

1. Organizer's responsibility: If the public does not hold or participate in the banquet without taking prevention and control measures, the organizer shall strictly perform the reporting procedure and shall not invite any person under any of the following circumstances to participate in the banquet:

① People who have been in Ganzhou for less than 5 days;

② COVID-19 confirmed, suspected or asymptomatic infected persons and their close contacts, sub-close contacts, or other persons in centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring;

③ Among the asymptomatic infected patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital and who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation, they are still in the follow-up period or health observation period;

④ Persons whose health codes are displayed as yellow codes or red team.

2. Corporate responsibility: catering units may not hold banquets without filing. Those who violate the regulations will be punished in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Punishment. Hotels holding banquets should implement measures such as code scanning, temperature measurement and wearing masks, and do a good job in ventilation and disinfection of dining places. It is necessary to formulate epidemic prevention and control plans and emergency plans in light of the actual situation, and report to the village committee immediately if any body temperature or health code or travel code is abnormal, and dispose of it according to regulations.
