Research report on cultural tourism construction
Research report on cultural tourism construction
The tourism industry belongs to the tertiary industry, and vigorously developing tourism can promote local development in many aspects. The following is a research report on cultural tourism construction that I collected for everyone. Welcome to read!
In order to revitalize the tourism industry and make our district’s culture and tourism more deeply integrated, Maximize the benefits of the industry and create a more harmonious development environment. According to the annual work plan of the District CPPCC, in September 2014, the District CPPCC organized some CPPCC Standing Committee members, members and relevant persons to conduct a month-long investigation on the cultural tourism construction situation in our district. The research team successively went to Yansi, Xixinan, Qiankou, Chengkan and other towns and villages rich in cultural tourism resources to conduct on-the-spot investigations, and held meetings with cultural circles, tourism circles, various democratic parties and non-party political parties. Representatives, relevant experts and scholars participated in 8 symposiums, and visited XX for inspection and study. Through research, we comprehensively understood the distribution of cultural tourism resources and the development status of the tourism industry in XX District, carefully analyzed the main problems existing in the current cultural tourism construction in our district, and combined the resource advantages of our district in culture, tourism, ecology and other aspects with today's Tourism development trends, and some targeted opinions and suggestions were put forward. The investigation situation is now reported as follows: 1. Cultural tourism resources and development situation
Since the establishment of the district, the XX District Committee and District Government have used the rich natural and cultural resources of our district to pay equal attention to protection and development. Based on the principle of combining government leadership with market development, we have actively developed tourism and other tertiary industries, cultural relics resources have been initially utilized, and the tourism industry has achieved significant development.
(1) Cultural relics resources are relatively abundant
There are 4 national-level cultural relics protection units and 5 provincial-level cultural relics protection units in ×× District, and the proportion of their unit area is in the Ranking among the best in the province. The ancient folk houses in XX District are of high quality, large in number and widely distributed, and are generally praised by people in the industry. Among them, Chengkan Village, a historical and cultural reserve with "one village, two protections", has 21 national protected buildings and is a veritable "national protected" village; Tangmo Village highlights its characteristics with Shuikou, Water Street, Xiaozi Lake, and ancient ginkgo trees, and is known as The national garden community regards it as a classic village of XX Shuikou. In addition, 14 ancient villages including Xixinan, Lingshan, Hongkeng and Shuyuan are also unique. In addition, Yansi also has the "Tongzi Mountain" and "Yansi Wannanlong" sites named by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as cultural sites such as the cliff carvings of the ancient Yansi in Xiaoyan's Yuan Dynasty. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 1,100 ancient dwellings and ancient ruins from various periods of the Ming and Qing Dynasties existing in the region.
(2) Intangible cultural heritage sites are diverse and wide-ranging
In recent years, Huangshan Maofeng handicrafts and Tang Mo × × Shuikou culture have been included in the provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage protection lists. We have also introduced new folk programs such as "Dance and Harmony", "Liu Cuiniang", "Hua Stick Dance", etc., which have been welcomed and praised by all walks of life. Among the intangible cultural heritage, there are also the Shangjiu Temple Fair in Yansi, the story of the Rotten Belly Treasure spread throughout the world, the Qiankou Laba Temple Fair, the Lingshan Lantern Festival, etc., all of which have different styles and are famous far and wide.
(3) ×× borrows historical celebrities to shine like stars
(4) Cultural tourism products gradually enter the market
The cultural industry represented by the bamboo carving industry has become Rising stars, and leading figures such as Cao Huangsheng, Hong Jianhua, and Zhu Wei have emerged. They have won gold and silver at some large exhibitions and expos many times, demonstrating the strength and competitiveness of the bamboo carving industry in our region. At the same time, traditional crafts such as Huangshan Maofeng, Hui ink, Hui style bonsai, honey, and ×× seedlings are constantly being explored, and some are beginning to take shape and gradually move towards industrial production, laying the foundation for the development of tourism products in the future.
(5) Rich and colorful tourism resources
A large number of ancient houses, ancient ancestral halls, ancient archways, and numerous historical celebrities are destined to have high-quality tourism projects in XX District. Among them are Tangmo, the first village in Shuikou Garden in China, Chengkan, the "No. 1 village in the south of the Yangtze River", the ancient Chinese village of I Ching and Bagua, Xixinan, a thousand-year-old ancient town, Fengle Lake, the first original ecological alpine lake in East China, and Qian There are a large number of tourist attractions such as the Museum of Ming and Qing Folk Residences in Kou, Mr. Luo Dongshu’s Shrine in Zhenjing, Chengkan, and the Former Site of the New Fourth Army Military Headquarters. It also has “×× Cultural Relics and Historic Sites Tour”, “Famous Mountains and Beautiful Waters in Ancient××”, and “×× Rural Experience Tour routes and projects such as "Travel to the Red Holy Land" and "Travel to the Red Holy Land" are ideal destinations for tourism.
(6) Pleasant and beautiful ecological environment
×× has green mountains and clear waters, a forest coverage rate of 71.39%, fresh air and a pleasant environment. It is known as the "natural oxygen bar". In particular, ancient dwellings and villages are in harmony with nature and are highly harmonious, just like landscape paintings, which are highlights and advantages for the development of cultural tourism.
Since the establishment of the district, especially in recent years, the district committee and district government have always adhered to the development strategy of "establishing an industrial district, opening up a strong district, stabilizing agriculture, developing private industries, and developing a tourist area". Putting the development of tourism in an important position, with the concerted efforts of the culture and tourism authorities and the full cooperation of all sectors of society, we have successively launched the Qiankou Ming and Qing Garden, Chengkan Ancient Village, Tangmo, and Xixinan , the development of Longshan Lake Scenic Area and Huashang Villa has created three national-level 4a scenic spots and one 3a scenic spot. The external influence of XX District has been further expanded, the number of tourists coming to Anhui Province has increased year by year, and the ticket revenue has further increased. This has laid a good foundation for the future development of the tourism industry in our district. 2. The main problems existing in the current development of the tourism industry
While affirming the achievements made in the development of the tourism industry in our region in recent years, we should also clearly see that there are problems in the current development of the tourism industry
Some problems and deficiencies will directly restrict the further development of the tourism industry in our region. It mainly includes the following aspects:
(1) Insufficient understanding of the role of the cultural tourism industry
At present, some departments do not truly regard the cultural tourism industry as an important factor in the economic and social development of our region. They do not have enough grasp of the relationship between input and output and lack confidence. They believe that tourism tax revenue is low and the results are slow. "Enriching the people but not enriching the area" will not form a pillar industry. Some departments regard the development of tourism as a matter for the tourism department alone, and do not cooperate with it as an important task of regional economic development, which has seriously affected the speed of the development of the tourism industry. We should be soberly aware that the development of the tourism industry has the longest industrial chain and the widest driving range. It is undoubtedly a sunrise industry in the future. The tourism industry is a need for the harmonious development of our district's economy and society, and it is also a need for the unswerving realization of the "industrial establishment" strategy.
(2) The professional planning for the development of the tourism industry is not in place
(3) The establishment of cultural tourism brands is not in place
Over the years, the history of ×× The cultural characteristics formed by the integration of cultural accumulation and modern culture with diverse characteristics lack systematic inspection, sorting and research, and fail to form an accurate positioning that can guide the construction of cultural tourism in our region, lacking a unified brand. This has a direct impact on the development direction and publicity and marketing of cultural tourism in our region. For a long time, the regional cultural tourism brand has not been clear, and the promotional brand positioning of scenic spots has been endlessly changing. It has failed to explore, organize and refine, let alone effective and standardized use.
(4) The reform of the tourism management system is not in place
At present, the reform of the tourism management system is relatively lagging behind, and the tourism authorities are not suitable for the management functions required by large industries. On the one hand, the functional transformation of some government departments has not yet been completed, with more management and less services. The tourism industry is highly relevant and involves many government functional departments such as culture, urban construction, planning, publicity, land, transportation, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, religion, etc. Under the current system, such effective coordination must be completed It also has a certain degree of difficulty. On the other hand, generally speaking, the investment strength of tourism project development in our district is not strong, the intensity is not strong, and the speed is not fast. There is more or less a phenomenon of preferential possession of public resources and slow action. Therefore, it is necessary to make necessary improvements and innovations to the existing management system according to the new situation of tourism industry development.
(5) The key tourism products are not well-crafted
Our district’s cultural tourism resources are relatively rich and distinctive. They are mainly sightseeing tourism products, but they are small, scattered and sparse. The features are also quite prominent and lack of appealing highlights. The comprehensive strength of the companies operating scenic spots is very weak, with low investment, slow construction, and the level of development is not high and the depth is not strong. They have not formed a leading product with strong appeal, making it difficult to form leading tourism products or high-quality products. Overall, the scenic spots are scattered, "the sky is full of stars, but there is no moon", and there is no leader in the cultural tourism industry. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate and deeply develop cultural tourism resources and strive to build the key tourism products in the region into high-quality products in the domestic tourism industry.
(6) Tourism promotion and promotion are not in place
Competition in today’s tourism market is becoming increasingly prominent, and brand packaging, publicity and promotion are the key. Our district’s tourism promotion is insufficient, the scope of tourism promotion is limited, and the media fails to continuously promote it, which cannot form a strong publicity momentum and synergy. As a result, the popularity of scenic spots is not high, and it is still "raised in a boudoir and unknown to people", which makes tourism The brand lacks appeal, resulting in lack of popularity among tourists. At the same time, there is a lack of large-scale publicity and promotion, the promotion methods are relatively single, and the innovation is not enough. It is common for each scenic spot and travel agency to work independently, and there is no overall publicity trend. In addition, the culture of some scenic spots and scenic spots is not deeply explored and the packaging is not refined, resulting in the expansion of the tourism market. Weakness.
(7) The construction of infrastructure and supporting services is not in place
At present, the advantage of the transportation environment in our district has been initially formed, but the roads inside the scenic spots are of low grade and there are few high-grade highways. For example, in the Qiankou-Tangmo-Shuyuan-Lingshan-Chengkan circular tourist route, some sections are difficult for large buses to enter. As far as the whole district is concerned, the service system of "food, accommodation, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment" is not mature enough, and the supporting facilities and functions are insufficient to meet the needs of tourists. There are no large tourist promotion boards at any important transportation entrance (especially the exit of Hetong Huangyan Temple). There is a serious shortage of tourist reception service facilities. The number of guesthouses and hotels is small, low-grade, and small in capacity. There is also a lack of colorful tourism forms such as leisure vacations, business exhibitions, and folk customs. In particular, entertainment venues and tourist shopping centers have not been properly configured, resulting in some Tourists cannot enter or stay in the area for a short time. These aspects have seriously restricted the development of the tourism industry.
(8) Anhui culture is not fully integrated into tourism products
Although our district has Hui culture, which can be called the three major regional cultures, the scenery and culture, culture and tourism are not integrated enough. Tight, it is basically a one-on-one approach, with two sides: culture and tourism. Culture is not truly integrated into tourism products, and it cannot form a synergy, let alone become a new bright spot and new growth point in the tourism industry. During the survey, we also found that in recent years there has been insufficient investment in cultural construction, a lack of necessary facilities and conditions for cultural activities, a lack of financial support for the development of folk art groups, and difficulties in entering the market. There is a serious shortage of funds for the restoration, protection and management of cultural relics, as well as a serious lack of professional research institutions to fully excavate, sort out and promote Huizhou culture, which has brought certain constraints to the formation and development of the cultural industry in our region. Due to the low level of application of ×× history, food culture, and ecological culture in tourism, the colorful ×× culture and folk customs cannot be fully displayed, and the exploration and packaging of intriguing human history, food culture, and tourist attractions ( Point) Poor cultural infusion. The beautiful natural scenery has no aura, no cultural connotation, and no deep charm, which invisibly reduces the space for the rapid development of the tourism industry in our region.
(9) The depth of development of ×× cultural tourism products is not in place
Some tourism departments only value ticket revenue, do not pay enough attention to tourism products, and operate poorly. The souvenirs developed in cultural tourist attractions are low-grade and uniform, and there is no in-depth exploration and development of visible ×× tourism products and handicrafts that can reflect the historical and cultural image of ××. XX Local traditional famous and high-quality local products, such as tribute chrysanthemums, Lingshan tribute rice, dried sweet potatoes, fermented rice, Lingshan bamboo weaving, etc., have not been developed on a large scale to coordinate with tourism. The construction of tourist commodity streets is almost blank, and there is a lack of designated stores for specialty products. This directly affects the length of stay and consumption of tourists, resulting in low efficiency of the tourism industry.
(10) The cultivation of professional talents in the tourism industry is not in place
In the era of knowledge economy, professional talents are the key to the development of the tourism industry. However, judging from the actual situation in our district, the total number of tourism professionals is insufficient and the structure is unreasonable. For example, the comprehensive level of cultural tourism of tour guides is not high, the cultural quality of hotel employees is low, and there are few tourism planning and management talents. Tourism vocational education and training resources have not been integrated as they should be, and there is a lack of a unified and complete docking mechanism for continuing education and professional training for practitioners. During the survey, we also found that some tour guides did not fully understand the cultural connotations of the scenic spots when introducing them, and their explanations were simple and blunt. The lack of tourism professionals will inevitably directly restrict the subsequent development of the tourism industry in our region.
3. Some suggestions for accelerating the development of cultural tourism
Giving full play to the advantages of cultural resources in our region and vigorously developing cultural tourism are of great significance for enhancing comprehensive strength and building a harmonious ××. In order to further promote the in-depth integration of cultural tourism and promote the development of tourism economy, we recommend:
(1) Protect and cherish cultural tourism resources in accordance with the law
First, conduct a comprehensive census and find out family property. High-quality cultural tourism resources and good ecological resources are unique resources possessed by our district. In order to facilitate the management and protection of cultural relics resources in the region, it is recommended that the District Cultural Relics Management Office be upgraded to a deputy department-level unit to conduct another survey of Anhui cultural resources (including intangible and historical relics) in the region, register them one by one, and establish files. , to know the basics.
The second is to implement rescue protection and repair. Those that are in urgent need of protection and have the ability to do so should be rescued without delay; for those that are still in difficulty for the time being, we should fight for them and prepare projects to repair them as soon as possible so that the precious heritage left by our ancestors will no longer be lost.
The third is to announce a batch of "district protections" as soon as possible. According to the nature of the cultural relics, select a group as district-level cultural relics protection units and announce them. It not only facilitates reporting to higher levels, but also facilitates legal protection of existing cultural relics and reduces losses.
The fourth is to strengthen the overall protection of ancient villages in accordance with the law. XX ancient villages are non-renewable and precious resources. It is necessary to resolutely prevent the appearance of buildings that are inconsistent and uncoordinated with the environment and style of the ancient village to ensure the charm of the ancient village. Chengkan, Xixinan, Qiankou, Tangmo, Hongkeng, Shuyuan, and Lingshan must implement overall protection, formulate protection plans, designate protected areas, and focus on implementation and supervision. For places where the conditions are not yet mature, it is better not to develop or delay development than to develop indiscriminately to avoid causing damage and leaving future troubles and regrets. It is necessary to speed up the management of water resources and the protection of the original ecological environment, and maintain the historical features of ancient villages. Even a ruin or site in history must leave a historical mark with the culture of the times today.
The fifth is to protect ancient ruins. We will protect Luotian's "Yansi Wannanlong" and Yansi's "Tongzishan Site", delineate protection areas, set up protection signs, and organize media to vigorously promote them to showcase the splendid ancient civilization of our region.
(2) Strengthen research and improve the content of cultural tourism
Tourism is the form and body of culture, and culture is the root and soul of tourism, interdependent and mutually reinforcing. As part of the ancient XX, XX area is currently the only "XX" domain name reservation. We obviously cannot lag behind in our research on Anhui culture, humanities, history, and natural landscapes in XX area. This is our responsibility. It is recommended to establish an Anhui culture research institution as soon as possible, arrange and select professional and amateur key personnel, and form a specialized team to research, excavate, organize, publicize, plan and package various scenic spots, establish the brand, connotation and promotion slogans of each scenic spot, and write Information books and brochures.
(3) Careful planning to build a cultural tourism brand
The brand determines the direction and focus of product development, and determines the success of publicity and promotion. In a certain sense, the brand is priceless.
First, the theme image and slogan. Culture should highlight individuality, and this is especially true for tourism. XX District is a community with a population of 100,000. Whether it is layout, architectural style, or overall image, it should highlight its individuality. The more individual it is, the more attractive and charming it is. XX District is the hometown of mountains and rivers, tea, bamboo, leisure and health, cultural relics, Hui ink, and celebrities. The overall image positioning of our district should be: exquisite, elegant, ecological, and Huiyun. The promotional slogan could be: XX District is a sea of ??cultural relics, a corridor of ancient buildings, an ink painting gallery, and a leisure resort. Specific publicity can also be given: There are ancient villages, ancient ancestral halls, ancient bridges, ancient pagodas, ancient archways, ancient houses, clumps of ancient trees, and batches of celebrities in XX District.
(4) Strengthen planning and do a good job in cultural tourism development and construction
The "Huangshan City ×× District Tourism Development Plan (2013-2014)" has been formulated, and development and construction must be strictly in accordance with the plan , to ensure the healthy development of tourism. In order to better integrate culture and tourism, cultural relics protection plans, tourism construction plans, cultural industry plans and scenic spots construction plans should also be supplemented, formulated and improved.
The formulation of the plan must be scientific, and it must be prepared by qualified units and supported by expert arguments to prevent simplification and short-term behavior; the implementation of the plan must be consistent and serious, and cannot be changed overnight and at will. The plan is not only to be read, but more importantly, to be implemented according to the plan. We must be determined to protect and renovate the original ecological environment around all scenic spots and core protected areas. The ecological environment and historical context must not be damaged, let alone random demolition and construction. Architecture is the form, culture is the soul, and the environment is the foundation, which should become our proper construction philosophy.
Attractions must have a comprehensive awareness of development and cannot be developed just for the sake of attraction development. The construction of supporting facilities such as ecology, environment, services, signs, billboards, parking lots, public toilets, hotels, hotels, tourist shopping, entertainment venues, postal communications, traffic roads, beautification, and lighting should be set scientifically. We should not ignore the conditions and rush into the development of tourist attractions. We should pay attention to preventing the bustle from starting, and then becoming deserted after a while. We must mature one, package one, develop one, and launch one. In the near future, our district should increase development efforts on Chengkan, Qiankou, Tangmo, the former site of the Fourth Department of the New Fourth Army, Fengle Lake, and Xixinan on the original basis to create high-quality products; It is necessary to formulate a plan as soon as possible, first protect the cultural relics, buildings and ecological environment, and then introduce strong and qualified merchants for development through investment promotion. For each village and each scenic spot, we must carefully study and explore the means of expressing cultural resources, define functions, try to avoid duplication, maintain a calm attitude, carefully plan development, and promote it step by step.
(5) Break bottlenecks and speed up the construction of service facilities
First, we must closely focus on the six elements of tourism: "food, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment" to extend the industrial chain. As the traffic environment in our region improves day by day, self-driving tours increase sharply. The construction and improvement of necessary transportation and tourism signboards along scenic spots, promotional boards for scenic spots, large parking lots and other infrastructure must be accelerated. It is necessary to speed up the construction of key tourism service facilities, such as the construction of rural hotels in Chengkan and Tangmo, resort hotels in Fengle Lake, and Longshan Villa. It is necessary to start the self-driving camp and the Fontainebleau five-star hotel project as soon as possible. It is necessary to increase investment promotion efforts, provide advantageous locations, formulate preferential policies, and accelerate the construction of hotels, bathing centers and teahouses with four stars or above.
Second, we must highlight the local folk characteristics of XX and further accelerate the pace of tourism product development. It is necessary to highlight the development of ×× folk handicrafts, target the market, and improve packaging, so that ×× wood carvings, stone carvings, bamboo carvings, Anhui ink, bamboo weaving, etc. can be branded, serialized, and scaled. In some scenic spots, the production and sales method of "front shop and back shop" can be adopted, integrating browsing, participation in work and product sales, which can not only enrich browsing content, but also induce tourists' desire to shop. At the same time, we will increase the development and packaging of XX famous and high-quality products and directly enter the shopping market to meet the shopping needs of different tourists.
(6) Integrate resources and speed up cultural tourism publicity and promotion
The cultural tourism spots in ×× District have many lines, long areas and wide areas, and they often go their own way in development, construction and publicity and promotion. Each one sings its own tune, with less overall unity, overall packaging creation and publicity and promotion, and a lack of team spirit and group strength. First, we must make up our minds to integrate resources, integrate routes, and do a good job in publicity and promotion. Second, we must make a detailed overall plan, arrange the routes, string beads into chains, and string dots into lines. Third, we must strengthen the integration of scenic spots in the region to form an interconnected whole, carry out reorganization and integration in a generous and generous manner, and resolutely prevent and correct the narrow consciousness and behavior that ignores the overall situation and no one can change the climate. Fourth, we must strengthen cooperation with Shexian, Jixi, Huangshan and other districts and counties to form an east-line tourism sector, led by the tourism authorities, to unify external promotions, increase the visibility of XX districts, and achieve cultural harmony.
At the same time, in terms of route integration, we will carefully carry out the "×× Cultural Relics and Historic Sites Tour", "Famous Mountains and Beautiful Waters Ancient ××", and "××" that have been running for many years around the "antique, green, and red" sections. Rural Leisure and Health Tour" and "Red Holy Land Footprint Tour" routes. But the most important thing is to enrich the content, add connotation, attract tourists' interest and extend their stay.
(7) Integrating culture and tourism to enrich the connotation of cultural tourism
First, we must enhance the cultural connotation of Huizhou cultural tourism attractions. It is necessary to encourage experts and scholars who are engaged in and passionate about Anhui culture research inside and outside the region to work hard on the depth and breadth of the integration of culture and tourism, produce more quality products, and further transform the advantages of Anhui cultural resources into tourism economic advantages.
It is necessary to do a good job in the packaging design of tourist attractions, enhance the connotation of Huizhou culture, and allow tourists to feel and experience the extensive and profound Huizhou culture more. The guide words for cultural tourist attractions should highlight the core content of Huizhou culture. Based on the local customs, architectural styles, and folklore anecdotes of each scenic spot, guide words should be compiled that are both interesting and story-telling, as well as authentic and informative, so as to be both elegant and popular.
Second, we must enrich and enrich tourism content. It is necessary to closely focus on the six elements of tourism, enrich cultural content, increase interactive projects, and extend the tourism industry chain. ×× culture and ancient buildings themselves give people a sense of dullness and depression, so it is necessary to reasonably arrange folk customs, folk customs, tea culture, food culture, traditional handicrafts, health care and other activities that are rich in color and have strong local characteristics for tourists to participate in. , to achieve tourist participation, a combination of movement and static, and to retain people and guests. We should use literature to promote travel and travel to make literature alive. Add more cultural elements to tourism projects to increase the cultural added value of tourism. Really realize the upgrade from "tourism type" to "experience type" and then to "residence type".
(8) Cultivate talents and improve the quality of the cultural tourism team
First, we must strengthen the skills training and Anhui cultural knowledge training for cultural tourism staff, especially tour guides, and comprehensively promote the tourism industry Personnel qualification certification, improve overall quality and the level of publicity and dissemination of Anhui culture.
Second, we must strengthen cooperation with various colleges and universities inside and outside the province and establish internship and training bases in our district. The district vocational education center should implement targeted training, open professional classes in culture and tourism, and cultivate a group of professional talents.
Third, we must focus on introducing and cultivating all kinds of applicable talents according to the needs of industrial development. Strengthen the discovery and training of folk artists, encourage folk artists to inherit intangible cultural heritage, promote traditional folk skills, and guide the general public to participate in the development of cultural tourism.
(9) Innovate mechanisms and expand the cultural tourism investment and financing system
First, we must adopt the same policy support and incentive methods for tourism investment and industrial investment, using project construction as the carrier and capital Operations serve as a link to form an investment and financing system with diversified investment entities, diversified financing channels, and market-oriented operating methods.
Second, we must encourage qualified tourist attractions to separate ownership and operation rights, and attract various social funds to invest in the cultural tourism industry through leasing, contracting, auctioning operation rights, etc.
Third, in the operation process, we must pay attention to protecting the interests of farmers as property owners. Rural public resources are the collective interests of the villages where they are located. We must encourage farmers to participate in tourism activities and form an atmosphere and pattern of grand tourism.
(10) Strengthen leadership and promote the development of cultural tourism
First, we must effectively strengthen organizational leadership. The district cultural tourism industry development coordination group must be effectively responsible for coordinating major issues in the process of in-depth integration of cultural tourism in the district. When necessary, a tourism economic working committee can be established to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties and form a joint effort for the entire region.
Second, we must increase capital investment. While actively seeking financial support, the district government should play a good role in guiding funds and allocate certain financial resources for the protection and maintenance of rescue cultural relics, the excavation and research of intangible cultural heritage, and for the integrated promotion of tourism in the district. Promotion, public service facilities, talent training, etc. Mass community culture and various amateur literary and artistic organizations must be provided with necessary financial support and business guidance.
Third, we must actively create a good social environment. It is necessary to further form an atmosphere of big culture and big tourism, and form a pattern in which cadres and the masses participate and support from top to bottom. It is necessary to build libraries and cultural centers, open Huizhou culture exhibition halls, celebrity exhibition halls, etc. It is necessary to organize efforts to compile concise local textbooks on ×× culture, so that primary and secondary school students and the people of the district can understand the rich cultural heritage of our district, and carry out education on loving the motherland and loving ××.
As a sunrise industry in the 21st century, the cultural tourism industry is a characteristic industry with strong comprehensiveness, high correlation, wide radiation and strong driving force. As the only inheritance place for the ancient ×× domain name, our district has a long and profound historical and cultural heritage. We firmly believe that under the strong leadership of the District Party Committee and District Government, the cultural tourism industry in XX District will achieve sound and rapid development, and the economic and social development of XX District will achieve new and greater glory. ;
