Ancient city Tongguan

? A low earth wall is hidden in a corner of the country. Several slender trees trembled in the wind. There are many weeds on the earth wall. Some broken branches piled up at the root of the wall. Nobody looked and nobody stopped. Is this the site of Tongguan ancient city? Is this the iron horse that once held the key of Sanqin and closed the reputation door of Kyushu? But the stone tablet next to it clearly says: the site of Tongguan Ancient City (Mingcheng), a key cultural relic protection unit in Shaanxi Province. After hundreds of years of wind and rain, the earth wall can no longer show the once brilliant and vigorous Tongguan, and the surrounding villages and paths can't find any traces of historical vicissitudes, only the afterglow of the sunset and occasional passers-by. Perhaps it has been through many vicissitudes, and it will eventually be silent.

I asked several city people, but I didn't know the specific location of the old Tongguan city. They just said it was near the Yellow River in the north, but they knew the newly-built tourist attraction "Tongguan Ancient City" very well. They said, go there if you want to see it. It has been built for several years. Although it is still under construction, there are at least a few doors and bell towers, statues of Nu Wa, hot spring hotels and the like, which sell snacks. It's just some old mounds at best.

I know the scenic spots of Tongguan ancient city. From the expressway in Tongguan County, I saw a tall antique gate standing on the side of the mountain facing the Yellow River. The sign on the roadside clearly reads: Tongguan Ancient City. Since there are few sites left, let's take a look at the newly-built Tongguan ancient city.

Three kilometers from Tongguan county to the north, you will reach the newly-built Tongguan ancient city. The ancient city scenic spot was built on Nuwa Mountain, which is actually a tableland. It doesn't seem to take long to walk from the bottom of the slope. I decided to go up, and the road up the mountain was being repaired. Dust is flying, and passing cars and earth-moving trucks sweep up clouds of dust from the mountain from time to time. In front of me, two students are hiking, too. Another received: repair, people suffer, demolition, people suffer. I can't help but admire the courage and humor of the young man who is hiking in front of me. Du Fu once went to Tongguan today, and there is a poem saying: Ask Tongguan officials, repair the customs and prepare for Hu, and ask me to dismount and show me the corner of the mountain. In ancient times, pedestrians had to dismount and walk to prepare for war. The newly-built Tongguan ancient city is to make people enjoy the beautiful scenery more conveniently, stimulate tourism consumption more quickly and avoid time-consuming and laborious mountaineering. Have you found out how many young and excellent teenagers look up at their mobile phones, and climbing mountains is really a very dangerous thing? It is better to take a bus, which saves time and protects shoes and clothes from flying dust.

It takes less than 20 minutes to walk up the mountain. When entering the scenic spot, first follow the signs and come to Nuwa Statue Square. There are not many people in the square. Several middle-aged women are standing in the square, taking photos with the posture of Nu Wa statue hem. Some naughty adults actually want to climb to the leg of the statue along the base of the statue of Nu Wa to take pictures. I don't know why, but I stepped down halfway. The giant statue of Nu Wa Niangniang caressed her knees with one hand and took pictures with the other. I was suddenly surprised.

Two or three hundred meters west of Nuwa statue is the west gate of Tongguan ancient city. I walked around the gate first. The gate facing the Yellow River is closed, and it is only ten steps from the gate to the mountainside. A steep and narrow path goes down the mountainside, and the sign erected on the mountainside solemnly reads: construction is important, tourists stop. So I gave up the adventure. Facing the scenic spot, the city gate is wide open. In addition to the two characters "Tongguan" clearly engraved on the top of the tower, the closed wall is also written with the characters "Tongguan Museum", which is still a standard style.

? Admission is not required (west gate of Tongluo Ancient City). You can pass through the automatic door with your ID card. If you don't have your ID card, you can also find a staff member nearby to register and enter. There are not many tourists in the museum, which saves the trouble of crowded people. I can look slowly and think carefully along the back-to-back exhibition hall.

As soon as I entered the gate, a huge embossed wall came into view. A brave general's cloak fluttered, waving a halberd and straddling his steed. Tongguan has been full of heroes since ancient times, and the iron horse Xiongguan refused to come to the enemy. Facing the rolling Yellow River, there are millions of soldiers behind us. Next to the four words: Iron Horse Xiongguan.

The "Museum of Historical Civilization" on the first floor, from ancient legends, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, Qin and Han Dynasties, Wei and Jin Dynasties, Sui and Tang Dynasties to contemporary Tongguan, shows the importance and historical changes of Tongguan in the past dynasties, and the natural strategic position of Tongguan where the three rivers meet, with Qinling Mountains in the south and Yellow River in the north, which can be guarded by one person and cannot be forced by ten thousand people in a narrow space. Hard work makes a halberd, and there is no end to using one husband. Here, you can read Zhang Yi's Tongguan Fu, taste Du Fu's Tongguan official, survey the beautiful scenery of the intersection of the three rivers in ancient Tongguan, and imagine that Qin Wang swept Liuhe and Hanguguan rejected the domineering of the six countries. ...

On the second floor, "Swallowing Mountains and Rivers-Guan Ai Cultural Center" and "There have been many wars in China since ancient times, and it is difficult for thousands of people to open Tongguan", and the pictures of fighting around Tongguan were shown to me in turn. Qin Shihuang unified the six countries, and the books and carts were the same, resisting the Xiongnu to repair the equator, and the three countries abandoned their robes at the locust Cao. An Shi's rebellion plagued the Central Plains, and Ge Hanshu defeated Tongguan; The Chongzhen court was stormy, and Wang Li Zicheng crusaded against Nanyuan; The Japanese aggressors savagely shelled Tongguan, and the soldiers and civilians struggled to stick to the Yellow River ... leaving behind many heroes, pictures, words, images and cultural relics, telling me the ups and downs of Tongguan.

The third floor is Tongguan Commercial Folk Craft Museum, which tells the story of Huang Wei's water transport and its prosperity with a long history. In wartime, the Yellow River was a natural barrier for the enemy to attack, but in peacetime, the Yellow River became a unique transportation line in Tongguan. The industrious and brave Tongguan people built water conservancy on this land and began to transport water. Tongguan, located at the intersection of the three rivers, crossed Shanxi, entered Henan and Shandong with the water, and reached Yumen and Xianyang against the water. Water transport is very developed. There is also the "Fengling Xiaodu", one of the eight scenic spots in Tongguan ... In the exhibition hall, you can also watch the simulated water transport pier and restore the magnificent scenery of the Yellow River pier in Tongguan, with many shops, prosperous market and merchant ships.

On the fourth floor is Tongguan Exhibition Hall, also known as Huaxia Jincheng. It depicts the current development and future planning of Tongguan.

Standing in the attic on the top floor of Tongguan Museum, holding the railing, looking from a distance, the river looks pale. Overlooking the Yellow River, the Yellow River is rolling, jumping and circling all the way to the east. A wind with the earthy smell of river water blew straight into my mind, and I remembered Su Shi's poem: A little noble spirit is fast thousands of miles away. Around the railing, young men and women are taking pictures, the breeze is blowing, and the light and beautiful images of hair and scarves are floating.

After visiting the museum, it was already 12 noon, and the bright sunshine shone on Nuwa Square. Looking up at the sky, there is a deep blue sky behind the Tongluo Museum. There is no cloud in Wan Li, and a bright moon hangs high on the roof.

To the east and south are the commercial street and dining street built in Tongguan ancient city. The tall bell tower stands between the commercial street and the dining street. Compared with the clean Tongguan Museum, the commercial street and dining street are obviously more lively. People come and go in front of all kinds of food and souvenir stalls, especially all kinds of snacks, such as stinky tofu in Changsha, bean curd in Regan Noodles, Ganxian, hot rice skin in Hanzhong, steamed buns in Shanghai and rice noodles in Yunnan and Beijing. There are so many people. I don't know whether the tourists are tired and hungry or just come here, but I don't want to eat and drink in this environment, although I am a little hungry.

Take a bus back to Tongguan County, come to Dujia Meat Steamed Bun Shop on Central Street, find a small table by the window, and order two old Tongguan Meat Steamed Buns and a bowl of duck soup. That tastes delicious!
