I have just finished my trip from Gannan and I will give you some suggestions. It will definitely save you money and time and avoid detours.

1. In the morning, it costs 35 yuan to take a bus from Lanzhou South Bus Station (Ganjing University) to Xiahe in 4 and a half hours. After getting off the bus, you can take a local taxi for 1 yuan (which is cheap) and it takes 3 minutes to reach Lapuleng Temple. After buying a 40 yuan ticket, you can enter the temple and be led by a monk tour guide. It will take half an hour. After viewing, don’t stay in Xiahe, just go back to the place where you came from, and wait for the cooperative car to arrive in Xiahe. You will arrive at the cooperative in one and a half hours.

2. After the cooperation, accommodation costs 30 to 40 yuan for a regular room and 80 to 100 yuan for a standard room. Rest at night, and it is best not to take a shower on the first day to avoid catching a cold. The next morning I paid 2 yuan (cheap) by taxi to visit Mirazba Fogg, and the ticket was 15 yuan. Then return to your accommodation to check out. It costs about 16 yuan to take the bus to Luqu. After getting off the bus, wait for the bus to Langmusi or Maqu (there are many). In the middle, you will go under the Gahai Lake. After you get off, take the time to play in Gahai. The ticket is 20 Yuan, after playing, go back to the intersection and wait for the next bus to Langmusi. After getting on, you can buy a ticket for about 16 yuan. It is more difficult to wait for the bus here. You must be there before 3 pm and keep waving before the driver will stop. It took about an hour after getting on the bus to reach Langmusi.

3. After arriving in Langmusi, the accommodation conditions were worse than those in Hehe, but the prices were still higher. Moreover, Langmusi was very small, and many stores were full early. Regular rooms cost 40-50 yuan, standard rooms cost 130 yuan. The next morning, you can go to Gansu Langmusi to see the sky burials for 20 yuan. In the afternoon, you can go to Sichuan Langmu Temple for 15 yuan to see the temple and the source of the Bailongjiang River. The scenic spot is very beautiful.

4. After having fun, take the bus from Langmusi back to Cooperation at 12 noon the next day, and then return to Lanzhou. You can also return to Luqu and then take a bus to Maqu to see the grassland in Maqu, or charter a car to visit Zecha Stone Forest. The fare to Maqu is 20 yuan. After seeing Maqu, return to Maqu and finally return to Lanzhou. I noticed that the road in Maqu is not easy to walk, and there are many places to build roads. If it is too far, you can also rent a car to visit Sanggan Grassland after seeing Lapuleng Temple in Xiahe, which is 18 kilometers away from Lapuleng Temple. In short, just choose either Sanggan Grassland or Maqu Grassland. It is more convenient to go to Sanggan Grassland.
