1. Go directly to the fire department of the township or town public security bureau to open a hotel fire protection application form.

2. According to the requirements in the form, conduct self-inspection on the hotel that will be opened soon, or ask professionals to make rectification.

3. Fill in the form and return it to the fire department. Within one week after the fire department passes the on-site inspection, the form is shown in the following table.
