Note Matters - Before entering Tibet
01 Before entering Tibet, you can take Rhodiola rosea, Gaoyuanan, etc. to prevent altitude sickness. Rhodiola rosea can be soaked in water and drunk. It needs to be taken ten days before entering Tibet and then taken after entering Tibet. The effect is not obvious.

Notes - after entering Tibet
