Learn to be a chef, go to a hotel or go to a chef school?

It's better to go to chef school. School teaching is more systematic, comprehensive and reasonable, which makes your study more efficient. If you go directly to the hotel kitchen to learn, you have to start with chores, and you may not learn anything for half a year.
