Wumiao morning tea is a kind of tea that germinates very early in China and can be picked in early March. The "Wuniuzao Longjing" processed with Wuniuzao tea has a flat appearance, mellow taste and green color, which is a treasure in tea.

It can be said that it has the exclusive advantage of "new way to taste tea" in the national famous tea market. In addition to early harvest, Wuniu Zaocha has the characteristics of neat germination, roundness, uniform aging tenderness and strong tenderness.

The origin of black cow morning tea

In Yongjia County, there is also a myth about "black cow early". Legend has it that Cai Xiang, the top scholar, wanted to build Luoyang Bridge, but he was in a hurry for lack of money. Determined to help Cai Xiang, Nanhai Guanyin Bodhisattva stood on the boat as a peerless beauty, claiming that anyone who threw a silver ingot at her would commit himself for life. As soon as the news came out, countless children of rich bureaucrats rushed to vote for silver, and at that time silver ingots fell in succession, which was very lively.

At this moment, it happened that Lv Dongbin, the Eight Immortals, passed by. Seeing this scene, he felt funny and deliberately embarrassed Guanyin. He became a charming teenager and secretly attached a silver ingot to Guanyin with a dusty finger. Guanyin knew that Lv Dongbin had done this, but it was not easy to attack. He returned to Putuo in shame and anger, and spent a night together. This matter was learned by the Buddha in the Western Heaven. The Buddha chuckled and ordered Guanyin to have a cup of fairy tea. Fairy tea smells fragrant, Guanyin only picks three tender leaves, drinks them with sweet spring, and suddenly the white hair turns black. Guanyin saw that this tea was so wonderful that she planted fairy tea in a bamboo garden. I didn't expect Xianniu to smell the fragrance and chew it. After Guanyin discovered it, Xianniu ran away with tea. Guanyin chased after him and chased him to nanxi river, the north bank of the beautiful Oujiang Estuary. Seeing the beautiful scenery and lush trees here, it is a good place for Guanyin to practice fairy tea. He knocked down the fairy cow and sprinkled nectar on the fairy tea, which took root and sprouted in the mountains. Until today, whenever the Oujiang River ebbs, this kind of fairy cow can still emerge from the river. The local people call it "Wu Niu" (now Wu Niu Town, Yongjia County), and the tea tree derived from this immortal tea germinates about a month earlier than other tea trees, and it is fragrant and sweet.

In early spring, people can enjoy a cup of black cow morning tea.

Wu Niu, a famous tea in ancient China, was lost for hundreds of years and recovered in 1985. Wu Niu originated in Wu Niu Town, Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province, hence its name. Black cattle can germinate early, usually around the vernal equinox, nearly a month earlier than ordinary tea. The buds are strong, thick and green. Tea is of high quality, fragrant and sweet, and it is a rare green tea in early spring.

Because of the high tenderness of Wuniu morning tea, glass should be the first choice, and it is appropriate to brew with water at 85-90 degrees Celsius, and the proportion of tea should be appropriate. Generally speaking, pour a little water into the cup, soak it for 30 seconds, and then fill it up. The purpose of moistening tea buds is to make dry tea absorb water and stretch, which not only increases the appreciation, but also gives full play to the color and fragrance.
