Among the many scenery on the shores of Dongqian Lake in Ningbo City, there is an emerging tourist destination adjacent to Little Putuo. Its scenery is better than that of Little Putuo, but it is open to the public free of charge, which is really rare. This scenery is located near the water. It has beautiful lakes and mountains, beautiful cultural landscapes, and is full of children's fun. It can be called an excellent place for tourism, leisure, camping and photo taking. Because it is very photogenic, it has become a favorite of young ladies and one of the first choice tourist destinations for young people.

People who are familiar with the scenery of Dongqian Lake may know that this scenery is the Shengshui Tent Camp. The location of this scenic spot is very good. To the west is Mashan Wetland and Hanling Old Street, to the east is Southern Song Dynasty Stone Carving Park and Ciyun Temple, and to the north is Mashan Leisure Tourism Area, Xiaoputuo Scenic Area and Qianhu Secret Land . There are multiple buses passing through Dongqian Lake Subway Station, so it is also very convenient to travel green.

Dongqian Lake Shangshui Tent Camp is located in a bay next to Shashan Road. The area is long and narrow, not large in area, but it is surrounded by mountains and rivers. After walking from Shashan Road and entering the tent camp, the first impression you get is that it has a wide field of vision, is clean and quiet, and has pleasant scenery. There are fairy tale elements everywhere here, fresh and cute, and very suitable for parent-child play.

The tent camp is located next to the Cordis Hotel. It is easy to think of it as the hotel's private garden, but it is free and open. There are no fences or entrances and exits. Anyone can enter at any time and at any time. The campground is very worthy of praise. Although the Xiaoputuo Scenic Area and Qianhu Secret Land a few steps away are open to the public free of charge, they do not allow any outside non-motorized vehicles to enter, which greatly affects the impression.

This is the first lakeside camping base in Ningbo. It has a large lawn in the south, a water bay in the middle, and a camping base in the north. In the narrow strip composed of these three parts, there are projects and activities such as tent rental, smoke-free barbecue, camping and leisure, light snacks, coffee and tea bars, wild fishing, children's entertainment, water kayaking, etc. The camp area can accommodate 500 tents.

There are some resting spots built with tents in Dongqian Lake Tent Camp. Visitors can bring food, wine and beauties, and sit under the tents to enjoy the beautiful scenery and enjoy a comfortable life. However, these free leisure spots have limited space. If you want to camp here, you still have to enter a special camping area and rent tents and sleeping bags provided by the scenic spot for a fee.

The most attractive part of camping is the overnight stay. For example, when the author was a child, every summer he would use wood to build a simple pergola by the lotus pond in front of the house. A wooden bed would be tied about one meter above the ground, and the top would be covered with straw, leaving no obstruction in all directions. On a rainless summer night, I slept alone in the pergola. When I woke up in the middle of the night, the surrounding moonlight was like water, and a few stars twinkled in the sky. When the wind blew, the fragrance of lotus scented my nostrils. Although it was a familiar scenery, it was extremely comfortable. I didn’t know it at that time, but this was camping, which is now the most popular way to travel.

Therefore, although the scenery of Sheung Shui Tent Camp is beautiful, if you want to experience the unique fun of camping, it is best to stay here for one night. I have never stayed here overnight, but it is said that at night, the light scenery created here is also very beautiful.

Especially for young people, you can bring some warm lights, sit in a tent or camp with your lover, light lights or candlelight, and enjoy a sweet and romantic time.

Because the scenic spot is full of children's sculptures, it is not only suitable for couples and lovers, but also especially suitable for families with children. When I came to visit, I saw a pair of young parents coming here specifically to take photos of their children. There are also several young mothers pushing strollers or pulling their children to swim in the scenic area.

To the north of Dongqian Lake Shangshui Tent Camp is Mashan Leisure Tourism Area. It is an open scenery, mainly green grassland. Although it is not too gorgeous, it is relatively quiet. A little way further north from the leisure tourist area is Xiaoputuo Scenic Area and Qianhu Secret Land.

These two landscapes have two things in common. One is that they are both long and narrow roads, and the other is that they do not allow self-scooters to enter. Lovers who like to hike or want to enjoy a peaceful world are suitable to visit here. If you are a family with children, it is not recommended to come here because there is really no scenery to enjoy.
