Expo
Date: May 30th, 20 10-June 3rd, 2065438+00.
Venue: Shanghai World Expo, Shanghai Nanjing Road, Shanghai World Financial Center (10/floor, 492m high), nanjing xinjiekou, Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo.
People: dad, mom, grandma, little sister, me.
Activities: mainly for leisure and vacation, supplemented by visiting the World Expo.
Travel tools: plane, bullet train, subway.
Stay in hotels: Jinjiang Inn in Huang Jiawei, Nanjing, and Weilun Hotel in Lujiabang, Shanghai.
Travel expenses: 3500-4000 yuan per capita.
Preparation before travel:
There are many strategies circulating on the Internet, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. One day, three days, a week, but in general, everyone mentioned one thing-homework must be done! The so-called "think twice before you act". I will list them one by one in the order of personal homework preparation.
1. Since we want to set out, we must first determine the mode of travel (car, train, plane), choose the matching mode of tools (train+plane, plane+car, train+car), and the sightseeing transportation mode from our accommodation to the Expo site (taxi, subway, foot), which I will mention later.
Careful observation of some travel agencies' arrangements for Expo tours shows that most travel agencies arrange tourists to arrive in the surrounding cities around Shanghai on the first day, such as Nanjing and Hefei. The biggest purpose of businesses is to save money. Their choice is scientific, so we might as well follow suit. Compared with the online air tickets of major airlines, there are many discounts on air tickets to Nanjing and Hefei, some of which are cheaper than sleeping berths and easier to buy, while there are almost no discounts on direct flights to Shanghai, which is difficult to buy. Needless to say, airplanes save time than trains.
Example:
Air ticket: May 30th, Taiyuan-Nanjing 440 yuan.
On June 3rd, Nanjing-Taiyuan, 350 yuan.
May 30th Taiyuan-Shanghai 1060 Yuan
June 3rd Shanghai-Taiyuan 1090 Yuan
Sleeper: hard sleeper 3 17 yuan soft sleeper 499 yuan.
Suggestion 1. Buying air tickets for cities near Shanghai is low in price and short in time. Online booking will be more time-saving and convenient.
The first thing to do in a foreign land is to find a place to live. The hotel must be booked first, which can reduce the trouble of finding accommodation when we travel. Booking tickets online is a good choice. We recommend two booking websites: Where to go, E Long. Online booking can choose the location and price of the hotel according to personal arrangements. If you book rooms around the Expo site at a price of around 300 yuan one month in advance, there are still some reservations. If the lead time is short, the price is generally kept around 500 yuan. If you stay in the store, the price must be set above 700 yuan. It is far from the Expo site and close to the subway entrance, so the holiday is relatively moderate. The standard room is around 200 yuan -300 yuan. However, in view of the fact that you have to walk on two legs to visit the Expo site, it is suggested that the hotel you stay in should not be more than 30 minutes away from the Expo site, otherwise it will make people feel very tired, especially with the elderly or children. Rooms that are cheaper than youth hostels, university guest houses, or day rentals outside the university are about 100 yuan, but it is best to have classmates and friends who are studying at the university. This is purely for young people who save money.
Example:
Nanjing: Huang Jiawei Jinjiang Star Standard Room, retail price 199 yuan, eLong price 189 yuan. For the convenience of traveling the next day, I chose the nearest express hotel to Li Railway Station, which is 500 meters away from the railway station. Personally, I think the environment is still very good, and the partition wall is Hongshan Forest Park.
Shanghai: Weilun Hotel, Lujiabang Road, standard room, retail price 558 yuan, 12580 yuan, because the subway station in the store is 300m away from Gate 3 of the Expo Park, 1000m, and I am quite satisfied with the trip and price. The only drawback is that the room is old and the living is not particularly satisfactory.
Recommendation 2. Book a room early, the sooner the cheaper, the farther away the better. In order to have fun and travel conveniently, you must stay in a good mood all day near subway stations, bus stations and sightseeing spots.
If you choose the cities around Shanghai as the first stop, you'd better buy the required train tickets at the train station before departure, because during the rush hour, you may only have no seats or no tickets at all, which will delay your precious time, which I know very well.
Shanghai-Nanjing EMU Second Class 93 yuan
Recommendation 3. Buy train tickets before you travel, and the national tickets are networked, saving time and effort.
It is very important to check the weather forecast in advance for the choice of clothes. The nights I went there were windy and I was uncomfortable wearing a T-shirt. Choose to wear a pair of comfortable sports shoes, especially for women. Amy's high heels are not suitable for visiting the World Expo. Take a parasol, whether it is sunny or rainy, it is very useful to queue up for a rest. Foam cushion, folding stool Jr, can be easily carried in a backpack, which is the best magic weapon when you shoot a big team. Camera, DV, spare battery, data cable and card reader. Prepare necessary medicines, such as Yunnan Baiyao, Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsule, cold medicine, band-aid, etc. If you have children, you should also bring some children's medicines such as Shutong, as well as medicines commonly used by the elderly for sudden sexually transmitted diseases.
Recommendation 4. Summer travel is prone to heatstroke, acclimatization and other symptoms, medicines, travel supplies, electronic equipment and other necessities. In short, the more detailed things, the better.
The beautiful journey begins:
The first day of the sunshine tour on May 30th.
20: 25-22: 00 Taiyuan Wusu Airport-Nanjing Lukou Airport for 90 minutes.
22: 30-23: 15 Nanjing Lukou Airport-Nanjing Railway Station Airport Bus, the fare is 20 yuan/person, each shift is 30 minutes, and the last bus is half an hour after the last shift.
23: 20-23: 30 Nanjing Railway Station-Huang Jiawei Jinjiang Star, Taxi 14 yuan.
Recommendation 5. Because of the late time, you will encounter black cars soliciting customers, mostly several people together, touting each other and raising prices. Because of the scarcity of life, it is best to choose a guaranteed regular taxi, which is priced by the meter and spends money clearly. At that time, the black car asked me the asking price of 20 yuan, the real meter 14 yuan.
Check into the hotel at 23: 30. Standard parts 189 yuan
Tip: When the hotel reservation time exceeds 18: 00, the hotel will ask the first guest to provide the credit card number to freeze the reservation room rate.
May 3 1 the second day of the sunshine tour
8: 58-11:15 Nanjing Railway Station-Shanghai Railway Station bullet train fare 93 yuan
As mentioned above, the train tickets are networked nationwide, so it is better to buy them early. We were going to take the 7 o'clock train to buy tickets for 6: 30, but we were told that the tickets were sold out and the earliest station ticket arrived at 9 o'clock, which was very depressing.
I wasted two precious hours and got up early. Lesson! Lesson!
(See attachment 1 for the bullet train timetable from Nanjing to Shanghai)
11:30—12:15 Take Metro Line 4 from Shanghai Railway Station to nanpu bridge (where Weilong Hotel is located), and the fare is 4 yuan. (See Annex 2 for the route map of Shanghai Metro)
12: 30, check into Weilong Hotel, standard room, retail price 558 yuan, online booking 438 yuan (at this time, the benefits of online booking are highlighted). For lunch, there are several fast food restaurants in front of the door, and everyone is full in about 10 yuan. It tastes good. There is also a big supermarket (Trust-Mart) next to the hotel, which is very convenient.
16: 00 to 2 1: 00, visit the Expo site, and enter the park at Gate 6.
Expo * * * has 8 gate entrances, of which Gate 1, Gate 2 and Gate 3 are located in Puxi, and Gate 4, Gate 5, Gate 6, Gate 7 and Gate 8 are located in Pudong. The entrance of Gate 4 is for visitors from Asian pavilions such as Japanese Pavilion and Saudi Pavilion, while the entrance of Gate 5 and 6 is for visitors from China Pavilion and Theme Pavilion, and the entrance of Gate 8 is for visitors from European pavilions such as American Pavilion, German Pavilion and British Pavilion. Tip: Gate 8 is mostly the entrance of tour groups, so there are more people entering the park at this gate in the morning. If you want to avoid waiting in long lines, it is suggested that you can enter the park from Puxi 1, 2 and 3, ② enter the park at the wrong peak, choose 1 1 in the morning, ③ or simply get enough tickets for the evening performance at 5: 00 in the afternoon. The weather is cool and most venues are ready for use. Gate 6 is the main entrance, facing the Expo axis of Shangnan Road. On the left and right sides of the Expo axis are the magnificent and impressive China Pavilion, the crown of China, and colorful theme pavilions, which are excellent shooting places at night. Since the China Pavilion only distributes 30,000 reservation forms manually every day, and the daily number of visitors exceeds 300,000, and the China Pavilion is a permanent pavilion, if you are not so lucky to see the mystery for the first time, you can take a group photo as a souvenir, leaving a little regret and paving the way for the next World Expo.
When we entered the park at 4 pm, we saw many people waiting in line to buy tickets for the evening. Tickets for evening performances can only be bought in line on the same day and enter the park at 5 pm. Ticket price, 90 yuan. (See Annex 3 for tickets and prices of Shanghai World Expo. Personally, I think it is suitable for Shanghai locals or people who have other activities during the day but have plenty of time in the afternoon. Tickets are low and the temperature is moderate. Most venues are closed after 22 o'clock, so there are still more than five hours to visit, which reduces the queue time.
(Photo taken at China National Pavilion)
We advanced to Theme Pavilion 4, because it was late, so visitors who entered the pavilion no longer needed to queue up. Life Sunshine Pavilion, City People Pavilion, City Earth Pavilion and Public Participation Pavilion all have their own characteristics. Through different sound and light, they expressed the changes of the city where people live and the present situation of the earth, all around the theme of this World Expo, "Better City, Better Life", and every scene can surprise people.
The changes of the earth in the past decades photographed by the theme pavilion
After leaving the theme pavilion, we went to the joint pavilion of international organizations and knocked a lot of chapters. This is something that young people are keen on. Generally, when you leave the museum, there will be full-time staff to stamp the chapter for everyone. Some people choose to buy 30 yuan/Japan's Expo passport. Every time they visit an exhibition hall, they will stamp a commemorative badge of the exhibition hall on the corresponding page of their passports, and each commemorative badge has its own style. Personally, I suggest you buy a 20 yuan/edition of the Guide to the Shanghai World Expo, which contains many things related to the Expo, such as the introduction, legends, general situation and performances of various venues. Very good and comprehensive, richer and more interesting than the Expo passport with simple things, and cheaper 10 yuan. Why not?
The joint pavilion of international organizations is small in scale. When you go out, you will find Indonesia Pavilion, Brunei Pavilion, Cambodia Pavilion, Malaysia Pavilion and New Zealand Pavilion. Indonesia Pavilion has many antiques, including the largest bamboo in the world.
(Dolls and silver ornaments in Indonesia Pavilion)
It is worth seeing. The Australia Pavilion is not in the queue, but it is said that the Australia Pavilion is also a highlight of Zone B, with movies and good design. There is a huge wall of indigenous art works in the exhibition area, which fully shows the local indigenous traditions and arts with the theme of "rock bed", which is amazing. Not to mention other pavilions, they are all fake things and pictures. Small pavilions are all shops. Selling handicrafts as exhibits is a bit bullying, or someone is filing in and the venue is not kind! Having said that, I would like to mention one thing: there are "one axis and four pavilions" permanently preserved in the whole Shanghai World Expo Park: Expo Axis, China Pavilion, Expo Theme Pavilion, Expo Center and Expo Cultural Center. After the World Expo, Puxi Pavilion will remain unchanged for one to one and a half years. Some pavilions will not be demolished, but will be rebuilt. The rest are temporary buildings, and more than 200 national pavilions have to be demolished. After all, some of the exhibits in it are national first-class cultural relics, so it is useless to take away the museum. Among more than 200 national pavilions, 42 are self-built pavilions (China Pavilion, UAE Pavilion, Oman Pavilion, Ireland Pavilion, Austria Pavilion, Australia Pavilion, Pakistan Pavilion, Belgium-EU Pavilion, Poland Pavilion, Denmark Pavilion, Germany Pavilion, Russia Pavilion, France Pavilion, Finland Pavilion, Kazakhstan Pavilion, Korea Pavilion, Netherlands Pavilion, Canada Pavilion, Latvia Pavilion, Luxembourg Pavilion and Romania Pavilion). Norway Pavilion, Japan Pavilion, Sweden Pavilion, Switzerland Pavilion, Saudi Arabia Pavilion, Thailand Pavilion, Venezuela Pavilion, Spain Pavilion, Singapore Pavilion, New Zealand Pavilion, Israel Pavilion, Italy Pavilion, India Pavilion, Indonesia Pavilion, Britain Pavilion and Chile Pavilion)
Other pavilions were built with the help of China, so it is inevitable that the price is cheap and the content is simple, so there is no need to force it. Personally, I think that except for a few self-built pavilions, the appearance is good and the content will not be too shocking, not to mention that we helped build the rest. We are in the mood to see it and we don't regret it. It doesn't matter if you don't wait in line. There will be many performances in the joint pavilion, so be sure to watch the program of the day. The performances are all wonderful and pleasing to the eye.
Later, we came to Oceania Square and watched a traditional performance by New Zealand aborigines. It is original, with strong regional characteristics, simple costumes, simple musical instruments and simple singing, but it gives people a shock, just like something simple, more exquisite, and that kind of singing can reach the sky and resound through the sky. Then visited the China Pacific Union Pavilion.
International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum, World Meteorological Museum. Generally speaking, there is no point in running unless you want to knock on the chapter.
We had dinner at Deyuelou in China Food Street, and our parents should know about this restaurant. When we appeared on the screen for the second time, "Little Moon Tower" and "Are You Satisfied or Not" were set in this 400-year-old restaurant, which is one of the eight major cuisines in China. The quality of the dishes is excellent, and every table must order the specialty squirrel fish. Personally, I think one of his loach bowls is delicious, slippery and memorable.
The wind just blew, so we couldn't leave the park around 8 o'clock (at first, it was suggested that everyone take clothes to prepare at this time, because it was hot during the day and windy at night, so it would be better to change short sleeves into long-sleeved shirts in the morning). Many tourists also withdrew at this time (how crowded! ) because no matter when you enter the park, a long tour is still very tiring. In most venues, there is no bustling queue during the day, only a few staff members are waiting, and some facilities in the museum are closed, but if you are still young, it is appropriate to visit the museum more often at this time. The official suggestion of the World Expo: the evening tickets are more efficient.
On June 1 day, the third day of the sunshine tour is International Children's Day.
Everyone thought that many people would visit the Expo Park today, including me, but in fact, this day was the day with the least number of visitors in the past week, with 290,000 people, which was tens of thousands less than the 300,000 people a few days ago and one fifth less than the previous days. This figure is also considerable. According to the data of the number of people entering the park after June 1 day and May 1 day, most people still have the same idea, and often think that many people will not see it when there are many people.
On this day, we chose to climb the world's highest observation deck-Shanghai World Financial Center, with a height of 492 meters, * * *10/floor, and the highest observation deck can reach 100 floor. It is currently the holder of the highest viewing platform in Guinness World Records, and the fare is 150. Senior citizens over 70 years old enjoy preferential fares 135 yuan, and children over 80cm are admitted to 75 yuan at half price. On the front of each ticket, it is printed that you are the first witness of Guinness World Records, hehe ~ it seems that there are some reservations.
There are 90 elevators in the whole building, the elevator speed is 8m/s, and it only takes 1 min to send tourists from underground10m to 400m. What a quick sentence!
Climbing the observation deck on the 100 floor overlooking the whole of Shanghai, there is a feeling that other mountains are dwarfed under the sky ... even Jinmao Tower is trampled under its feet, resulting in a sense of superiority. Below the observation deck is transparent glass, which can directly see the ground more than 400 meters under your feet. Many people will tremble when they stand up for the first time. They are only worried that the glass will not stand being trampled and fall. According to reports, each piece of steel glass can bear the weight of three 80kg people at the same time. Standing upstairs overlooking, cars are like toy cars, pedestrians are standing still like a dot, and cars are moving slowly. This is indeed a unique experience, and it is impossible for people who have witnessed it to really feel that exciting feeling.
Suggestion 6: Climb the observation deck. If it is after 6 pm, the big Shanghai in the night is lovely!
In the afternoon, my family came to Shanghai's famous No.9 Nanjing Road and the charming Shanghai Bund. I have been to Nanjing Road many times. As a place that I must go every time, I don't have much novelty, but its unique architecture, neon lights, crowded people and bustling downtown scene are still very attractive to tourists who come here for the first time. There are many shopping places, big and small, long and short, cold and hot. This is a shopping paradise, but to be honest, the number of people has doubled in recent years compared with when I came here before, which is a bit disturbing.
Not to mention the scenery on the Bund, European architecture, major merchants, major banks, the Oriental Pearl, oil tanker terminals, and huge neon advertisements are overwhelming, making people linger, and their true beauty cannot be expressed in words. Please see for yourself! Have a good taste of Shanghai's unique scenery-the beautiful Bund-the night is sultry.
Recommendation 7. It is very pleasant to visit the beautiful scenery on both sides of Huangpu River by ferry.
June 2nd, the fourth day of the sunshine tour, Italy Pavilion Day.
Today we focus on a European pavilion, which is the Italian pavilion. Comparatively speaking, the American Pavilion, the German Pavilion, the French Pavilion and the British Pavilion are all quite good. But because today is Italy Pavilion Day, we have to make some changes to our itinerary.
Today, our entrance is gate 8, and gate 8 is the entrance of the team. However, for the dream of Europe, we don't care so much, but the time to enter the park is really a bit long. It took me nearly 1 hour to queue up, plus the queue at the Italian Pavilion in the back. In fact, I only visited such a valuable national pavilion all morning.
Recommendation 8. If there is nothing special, I really suggest you enter the park at the wrong peak!
After entering the park, the first thing to visit is the African Union Pavilion, which has various national flags and many places to stamp. Knocking on seals is heaven. At noon, a wonderful African performance was staged in the AU Pavilion, which was both traditional and modern, with African regional customs and China's special integration. Every performance drew bursts of applause and applause. Tip: Every joint pavilion, every square and every dock will stage wonderful programs at different time periods. You can know the performance information through the program list of the day issued by volunteers, or through the notice screen and broadcast in the park. Don't miss your nearest performance!
Then I went to the Luxembourg Pavilion, which is also one of the self-built pavilions. The whole exhibition hall is made of special and precious steel, and there is nothing unique in the exhibition hall, but it is good to take a photo with this guy with strange materials and strange appearance. At this time, there are long queues of tourists outside the British Pavilion, the American Pavilion and the Russian Pavilion. Therefore, I suggest that when you enter the park to shoot popular pavilions, you can choose some unpopular pavilions that don't line up, and then come back to see the popular pavilions after seeing them.
The giant blessing on the front door of the Italian Pavilion.
June 2nd is the National Pavilion Day of the Italian Pavilion, so the opening time is 1 1, which gives me a chance to be among the first batch of popular pavilions. After waiting for half an hour (all popular pavilions will take at least 2 hours). The Italian Pavilion, with its unique shape, is said to be designed according to the old game "Game Stick" in Shanghai. The exterior wall is made of transparent concrete, which realizes the gradual change of different transparency and shows the temperature and humidity inside and outside the building. While waiting in line outside the exhibition hall, I also met CCTV reporters to introduce the Italian pavilion. It's a pity that the director cut the camera as soon as it caught me! What a pity!
CCTV news is being broadcast live at 30: 00, telling about the characteristic walls of Italian venues.
When you walk into the museum, you will be amazed at the concert, piano, podium, cello, music score hanging on the wall ... all the scenes look like concerts that have just been staged, but tourists want to see them when they look up at 90 degrees. There are all kinds of Italy in the museum area.
(Looking up at the concert hall hanging on the wall) (Model of giant shoes) Famous brand clothes, and some clothes are enlarged in equal proportion. It should be mentioned that in the restaurant on the second floor, I tasted the authentic Italian cappuccino, which I personally thought was very pleasant. After a busy morning, this is a treat for myself.
(Furry British Pavilion) (Luxemburg Pavilion made of precious steel)
After leaving the Italian Pavilion, I took the free bus tour route in the park and watched the appearance of many pavilions along the way, including the French Pavilion, the Spanish Pavilion, the Indian Pavilion, the Saudi Pavilion, the Japanese Pavilion and the Korean Pavilion ... Later, Cheng Yuehe Line came to the D and E Districts of Puxi, suggesting that there are two modes of transportation to and from Pudong and Puxi through Huangpu River, namely ferry and bus. The bus speed is fast, there are many shifts, the queue time is short, and people queue up on the ferry.
It doesn't matter if you can't get into the Saudi pavilion to take pictures. )
As mentioned above, after the World Expo, the venues in Puxi will be kept for a period of time, and some venues will be integrated. In fact, most tourists come to Puxi from Pudong, including various online strategies. Most people are exhausted before they finish playing in Pudong. Naturally, there will be fewer people in Puxi than in Pudong. Tip: When there are many people in Pudong, you may wish to visit Puxi first, and the entrance to the park can be given priority.
Popular venues in Puxi include: Oil Pipeline, Coke Pavilion, Space Home Pavilion, Shanghai Enterprise Pavilion, Railway Pavilion, China Ship Pavilion, Urban Future Pavilion, China Aviation Pavilion, Information and Communication Pavilion, and many case pavilions.
(China Aviation Hall) (Vanke Hall)
(Enterprise Pavilion Square) (Information Exchange Hall)
To tell the truth, I personally think that Puxi's scientific and technological content is not worse than Pudong's, and the degree of surprise is quite high. Moreover, Puxi's venues generally queue for no more than 2 hours, which is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change compared with Saudi Arabia's 8 hours. (When chatting with volunteers, they joked that visitors to the Saudi Pavilion took the Expo tour as a task and had to do it themselves. Traveling was originally a very easy thing, but when they were tired, they lost their original intention. )
Chinese food: I tasted fast food at the Expo site. The price is around three or four styles in 20 yuan. The price is reasonable and the taste is good. Personally, I think a casual fast food is good for people who have been running hard all day.
(My 18 yuan black pepper pork chop fast food)
Yuanda Pavilion is an earthquake-resistant building and belongs to a high-tech building. The seemingly simple structure is actually very practical. It is said that it is casual for several people to build six floors a day. It is a very good choice for some simple buildings that need to be built quickly and put into use immediately.
(Earthquakes can be experienced inside the seat of Yuanda Pavilion)
City case museums, each case museum is a unique room. Through different means such as picture modeling, we will show people excellent urban cases around the world and make a template case for our urban construction! It's good. Everything is wonderful.
The Urban Future Pavilion, which was rebuilt from the existing power plant in Puxi, can see the tall chimney outside the pavilion, with scales showing the temperature of the courtyard that day, like a big thermometer. The museum tells the future development of human cities through a huge realistic screen, turning the 35-meter-high exhibition hall into a colorful "Fan Texi" world, and the future will be within reach. In "Garden City", city streets become children's playgrounds; In the "city of knowledge", people can learn all the knowledge without studying; In the "water city", the river of the city is a water park; In the "space city", people grow up in the sky and can travel in space; In an "energy city", the energy generated by cars is enough for the whole city to use. The shocking and gorgeous curtain makes people deeply immersed in it.
There will be a green corridor in the exhibition hall. There is an invisible camera on the wall at the end of the corridor. When you walk to a fixed position and smile, you will be photographed for a happy moment. When you leave this exhibition hall, you will inadvertently see your smile on the big screen, which is amazing.
A wonderful Korean song and dance drama was staged in the city square, showing that the Korean people can sing and dance and live a happy and beautiful life.
(Urban Future Pavilion for Power Plant Reconstruction) (Korean performance in the city square)
(Coca-Cola Pavilion) (Petroleum Pavilion)
(Xiaozongzi in Wufangzhai)
Because of the tickets, we left the Expo site at 6 pm and reluctantly ended my Expo trip. There are many classic venues that we haven't been to. In fact, if you want to visit every classic venue, it is best to visit the Expo site on the 7th, because in fact, we can enter 4-5 popular venues at most every day, and there are dozens of popular venues in the whole Expo site, so it is quite normal to visit for six or seven days.
This trip to the World Expo left a deep impression on me. I think I will definitely come again. How can I make up for my regret as much as possible?
See you at the Expo! )
June 3rd, the fifth day of the sunshine tour.
Last night, I returned to Nanjing by train. Today, we are going to visit Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo, a small zoo and lovely animals, which brings a perfect ending to my whole trip to Shanghai World Expo. My family left this charming Linjiang city by return plane at sunset. Nanjing is beautiful in the sunset, and this beautiful memory is even more beautiful in the sunset. ...
