Why can't veterans carry epaulettes, military badges and neckties with them after they leave the army?

There are many examples of abuse of military uniforms in society, such as some people wearing military uniforms attending some commercial activities or using military uniforms to engage in some fraud activities. These behaviors are obviously inconsistent with military status.

These have seriously damaged the good image of our soldiers. It is also for this reason that the state requires veterans' military uniforms and epaulettes not to be taken away, which is also a kind of protection for the image of soldiers and the country. In addition, some things involving military secrets, such as military maps, cannot be taken away during service. What else can I take away? Training clothes, such as inside and outside, winter and summer uniforms, can be taken away.

Another reason is that a large number of military personnel are retired every year in our country. These military uniforms can be recycled to related factories, and new military uniforms can be manufactured at a lower cost through reproduction, which is also a kind of resource recovery and cost saving for military expenditure.

Every year, veterans should hand in various items according to the list of turned-in veterans, and irregular items should be deducted from the veterans' allowance. These iconic items of the army are also stipulated in the Regulations on the Administration of Military Uniforms. Those who serve as soldiers will be punished by public security management, and in serious cases, they will be investigated for criminal responsibility.
