When was the Dongci Building in Hengdian built?

Hengdian Dongci Building started construction in 2006. Official website shows that the construction of Hengdian Dongci Building started at the end of July 2006 and officially opened in March 2007. It is the largest international luxury building in Hengdian area, with a total construction area of about 89,000 square meters. The building has 27 floors, including luxury hotels, senior apartments, a 24-hour comprehensive entertainment center, international financial institutions, and hundreds of restaurants and shops.
