Why are artists so tired in hotels? Detailed? 0? three

Isn't there a good way to alleviate this phenomenon? As the saying goes, "You must tie the bell to solve the problem!" To solve this contradiction, we must first start with the causes of this phenomenon. The following is my own personal experience and analysis of this problem. First, the establishment problem. I have investigated the artist establishment of the public relations department of many hotels in Shenzhen. Generally speaking, there are more artists in the Pearl River Delta than hotels in the Yangtze River Delta, so the work efficiency and coordination are slightly better, while most hotels in the Yangtze River Delta have only one artist, so the workload, work pressure and working hours of artists in this area are relatively longer than those in the Pearl River Delta, and the job-hopping phenomenon is more obvious. It is precisely because of the long-term high-pressure working state that the idea of changing the status quo will emerge. The work of art designers, big or small, often affects the implementation of some important activities, such as meetings and promotional activities. If there are not many things in a business hotel, one is enough, but in a large conference hotel or resort hotel, artists should ensure at least two or three, one is the need of division of labor and the other is the need of complicated coordination. In fact, what is more important is that the efficiency and quality of team work are higher than that of single-handedness, no matter from what aspect. Second, the configuration of hardware facilities. This problem is also serious in some hotels, which directly affects the efficiency and quality of art work. An efficient art works system also needs good hardware facilities. In order to save money, some hotels provide clerks with a computer. In this way, when the work progress is affected, it is irresponsible to blindly accuse the artist of incompetence. As the saying goes, "A clever woman can't cook without rice." It's unreasonable of you to pinch people's necks and force them to swallow a bowl of rice in one gulp. There is also a lack of professionals to give purchase advice during the preparation of art studios. Many hotels recruit public relations managers first and then artists, but quite a few public relations managers have not received professional art training, and they don't know enough about the work of artists (to be honest, please forgive me), or even know enough about the work of public relations (for example, some international brand hotels directly promote their secretaries with good English to public relations managers). Therefore, it is inevitable that there will be unprofessional choices when purchasing equipment. The artist's equipment is equivalent to the artist's right-hand man, which must be considered emphatically. Third, the scope of work is not clear. Many artists in five-star hotels in Shenzhen have been deeply confused since the day they were recruited. What am I doing here? Employees in other departments have job descriptions. What about artists? I don't know, some hotel artists have worked for many years and don't know what they are doing! Even in some hotels with organizational problems, artists are used as secretaries. Is an artist a designer or not? Planning? Or dancing beautifully? Or a public relations assistant? Should a set of reasonable job descriptions be issued, so that a designer can carry a ladder and hang banners all day? Is it true that artists can only do odd jobs, or is there something wrong with the boss's concept of employing people? Working all day is not the way to tell when to get off work. It's rather timid. Fourth, the working system is incomplete. From my personal experience, I think another big reason for this phenomenon is that the system of art works is not perfect enough. A department may not necessarily have talents, but it certainly needs a system that can maintain the sustainable development of the department, especially in the department with chaotic work scope. From my investigation, it seems that many hotels don't pay attention to the system construction of art design at all. Perhaps the docile working style of artists is also one of the reasons for this hot pot. Anyway, it is not a good thing for a department after all. No one wants to stay in a messy environment for too long, or they will be stupid if they are not crazy. Don't always complain about the patience of artists, and love to change jobs. Consider from many aspects. Is there a sound system to protect the interests of artists? Some hotel artists work hard for one year, and the work pressure, workload and working time are equivalent to two to three years for an ordinary employee. Without enough patience, how can they persist? There is another thing to mention here is the treatment of artists, and many people don't want to talk about it, because talking about money is like a bowl of delicious poison, and they dare not try it. I always thought that the treatment of hotel artists should be good, but later the investigation found that many artists were not even as good as clerks, which really made the artists who worked day and night very chilling. In a word, this is a problem that we can't escape and ignore. Please pay attention to artists! My family's words may be a little extreme, but the problems reflected are really realistic. If you have different opinions, please add them! Thank you for your attention!
