Legal analysis: College graduates who are engaged in self-employed businesses other than construction and entertainment industries within 2 years of graduation will be exempted from management fees, registration fees, licenses and other related administrative fees within 3 years from the date of first registration with the industrial and commercial departments. If our city has insufficient funds to support college graduates to start their own businesses, they may apply for a small secured loan of no more than 50,000 yuan.

Graduates of institutions of higher learning, retired military personnel, unemployed people and disabled people who set up small and micro enterprises enjoy tax incentives and fee reductions in accordance with state regulations.
