Dongguan Eight Scenes and Eight Scenes Folk Custom

Huang Qishan, at an altitude of189m, looks like a flag exhibition. Before the Tang Dynasty, it was called "Huangling", which was a symbol of Dongguan. "Hanging lanterns with yellow flags" is the first of the eight scenic spots in Dongguan in folklore. Legend has it that in the past, there was a Millennium banyan tree on the top of the mountain in Huang Qi. Because of its long-term emptiness in the heart, the small fireflies all over the mountain flew to the tree hole to live and huddle together. At night, it looks like a lantern, and the wonders spread far and near, so it becomes the first of the eight scenic spots in Dongguan. At the foot of the mountain is Huang Qi Kannonji, which was built in the Song Dynasty. On holidays, there are a flood of tourists. There is still an ancient well at the foot of the mountain, named "Lianquan". It is said that drinking lotus spring water can make people clean.

Shiqiao, formerly known as De 'an Bridge in the Northern Song Dynasty, is the downtown area of Guancheng. On both sides of the bridge are hawker stalls, and the land and water teahouse is the gathering place of the hotel, so it is called Shiqiao. At that time, the markets on both sides of the bridge were bustling, the river under the bridge was clear and flowing, and ships were in an endless stream, forming a harmonious and beautiful moving picture. Especially when the spring breeze is blowing and the spring rain is continuous, when the spring water rises every year, on the Shiqiao River, you can hear the sound of surging waves, the sound of boatmen paddling, and you can see the scenery of algae hanging upstairs, which is a beautiful scene of rising spring water.

Shiqiao Road is now a very busy pedestrian street.

The stone bridge rises in spring, another way of saying it is "the stone bridge rises in spring". The stone bridge is under Huangqiling, before the attached city of Sichuan and Macao. Here, the river flows eastward, and there is a bridge on the river called Stone Bridge. However, according to the old records of Dongguan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, they all wrote "the city bridge rises in spring". Kuan You's poem "Spring at City Bridge": How much do you know about Hongqiao over the years? The bridge was crowded with people. The spring tide rises and falls, falling from the sky, flying fast and exciting. It is not difficult to stand in the position of the mainstay. Don't be afraid of angry waves as high as mountains. Ancient and modern heroes pass by, and no one covers the sky with one hand. Phoenix Terrace, originally located at the west side of Guancheng Building, is also one of the old eight scenic spots in Dongguan. It is called "Fengtai Autumn Chicken", commonly known as "Golden Rooster is called Phoenix Taiwan". In the Song Dynasty, the original site was built for the concept of Qing Dynasty, and there was the Big Wild Goose Pagoda next to it. All the successful bidders engraved their names on the pagoda monument. According to legend, there is phoenix grass on the mountain, which once attracted phoenix, hence the name Phoenix Terrace.

More than 400 years ago, Ming literati established the "Phoenix Bookstore" here and often came here to recite poems.

By the end of the Qing Dynasty, the Phoenix Terrace had collapsed, leaving only the pedestal. Next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Shanghai Customs Clearance, it was also destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. After more than ten years, Dongguan people think that Phoenix Tower is the poetic vein of Dongguan and an important symbol of Dongguan culture. Therefore, they rebuilt the Phoenix Terrace and built cultural buildings such as the Cultural Palace, the Youth Palace and the Workers' Cultural Palace at the location of the Phoenix Terrace. At that time, Phoenix Terrace was a bronze phoenix statue in the middle of the Cultural Palace. During the construction of Xichenglou Cultural Square, the original bronze statue of Phoenix was demolished. On New Year's Day, 2005, the Dongguan Municipal People's Government rebuilt the Phoenix Terrace sculpture in the center of the circular square in the second phase of the Cultural Square.

The highest mountain in Huangjiang Town is Baoshan. Baoshan was called Lushan Mountain in ancient times, also known as Lushan Mountain. Located in the east of Huangjiang Town, it spans Huangjiang, Zhangmutou and Tangxia. Baoshan was renamed Baoshan because of its silver mine, where the ancients used to refine silver. There is no information about when and who mined it. Baoshan has been famous for its waterfalls since ancient times, except for producing silver mines. On the east side of the main peak, there is Furong Temple (now a site), and there is a pool in front of the temple, the famous treasure pool. The waterfall poured down from the cliff, hitting the hollow stone urn-shaped boulder, rushing like thunder, and the water in the urn splashed like hibiscus, so there was the grand scene of "Baoshan stone urn produces hibiscus" It is one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Dongguan. In the middle and late Qing Dynasty, the stone urn was finally broken.

The Qing Dynasty was the heyday of Baoshan scenery, and the local people stood on their own feet, including ancient temples, stone urns, ghost birds, fairy beds, Longtan, Shijing, stove caves and pine trails. There are no scenic spots, but the mountains are still beautiful and attract many tourists.

But it is a pity that some places of interest in Baoshan, which has experienced many vicissitudes, have long been incomplete. Decades ago, the stone urn was struck by lightning and collapsed, and the hundred-foot waterfall became a trickle, and the wonders of Furong were gone. There are no relics in the Mountain Pavilion and the Furong Ancient Temple, and visitors can only look at them. In addition, there is only one deep cave in the stone urn courtyard at the foot of the mountain, which used to be the official silver smelting place of the Yuan Dynasty. Local villagers call it "potholes". According to legend, this is the pit where silver was mined in those years.

Shuilianshan Forest Park is located 8 kilometers south of the city center. Shuilian Mountain, formerly known as Dong Pengshan, is 378.8 meters above sea level. Fiona Fang is more than ten miles, with continuous hills and rugged rocks. Because there used to be a Gong Peng building hidden here, it was named Dong Pengshan. Dong Peng's water curtain is one of the eight scenic spots in Dongguan in Ming Dynasty.

There are springs on the mountain, and the water is clear and sweet; There is an ancient cave temple, which is large in scale and well preserved. There is Kannonji halfway up the mountain, which can be reached by bus. The waterfall at the top of the mountain hangs more than ten feet, like a water curtain, and it is endless. There are many vines hanging on the cliff in the mountain stream. The spring water bypasses the left side of the temple and flows into Furong Creek. Waterfalls and flowing springs gurgle and sound like pianos. The trees on the mountain are shaded, the flowers and plants are lush, and the sound of pines helps cool down. Shuilian Mountain Forest Park has been listed as one of the five largest forest parks in the city.

It tells a beautiful and touching love story: a newly married couple is very loving. The couple depend on their husbands to go fishing for a living. Because it takes a long time for her husband to come back every time he goes out, his wife becomes lovesick and stands on the crab shell rock of Jinniu Mountain every day looking forward to her husband's return. One day, my wife went to the well in the cave to fetch water, and suddenly she saw a homing leaf reflected in the well water. The man standing at the bow turned out to be her husband and ran to the dock to look. It is indeed her husband who misses him day and night. She thinks this is a healthy God. Haiyueyan Park is located in Chongkou Village, Houjie. The "sea moon sail" on Jinniu Mountain is one of the old eight scenic spots in Dongguan. The whole park covers an area of more than 300 mu. The majestic Sanqing Hall, the golden-walled Haiyue Hall, the rippling Haiyue Lake and the zigzag bridge are good places for tourists to relax.

Jinniu Mountain is a 10-foot-high red stone mountain with a strange shape on Monday. The word "Haiyue Rock" was carved on the crab shell rock in the second year of Song Dynasty (1 132). There is a stone well under the rock, and there was a saying that "the sail fell into the well". Now sculptures, pavilions and other scenic spots have been added.

The story of the Old Eight Scenes in Dongguan is relatively simple. It is said that the sea from Humen was once called "Lingdingyang", and Wen Tianxiang's poem "Fear of going to the beach says fear, Lingdingyang sighs alone" refers to this place. It was once called "Quiet Kang Hai". According to legend, there used to be a market here. People sometimes came and went at sea, buying and selling, walking, shouldering and pushing carts, which seemed very lively. At that time, people said it was a ghost market, and those ghosts came to take advantage. Therefore, there is a saying that "Kang Haicheng will be taken advantage of by the dead". It should be a mirage.

Jingkang Haicheng is extremely magical. According to the "Dongguan County Records" written by Zhou Tiancheng and others in the Qing Dynasty, "Jing Kangchang is more common in Shanghai. The sea light suddenly appeared in the dark night, and the water was all red. Countless lights come and go, and Jiao Ren, the snail girl, is laughing. I heard the sound of selling pearls and brocade, counting money and measuring rice until dawn. " (Note: There is no punctuation in the original text) There are only images in the descriptions of mirage in past dynasties. When a mirage appears, all kinds of voices can be heard, only in Jing Kang Hai. The strangeness and uniqueness of Jing Kang Hai lies in: "Jing Kang Hai is different from Qingzhou. See Jing Kang Hai at night and Qingzhou at night. " (Note: Qingzhou mentioned in Tongzhi is suspected to be Qingzhou, Shandong Province) The ancients could not explain the cause of mirage, so they attached it to the theory of ghosts and gods, thinking that it was a coral city carried out by Poseidon, and that there used to be sunken land and ghosts on the moon, which made it a city in the sea. Therefore, Jing Kang Hai is also called "Coral Night Market" and "Shenzhou Night Market". Yu Yan was once rated as one of the eight scenic spots in Dongguan. It is located in nave Kaida Toy Factory, adjacent to the former Hu Guang Expressway and nave-Doulang section. This scene is gone. According to legend, a fairy goose flew away in Luofu Mountain more than 0/000 years ago. A monk in Juehua Temple went through all the hardships and tracked it to a place near Boyanghai, only to see the fairy goose stop and disappear in a blink of an eye. At that time, the area around Boyang Village was still the ocean. Since then, a boat of rice has sunk into the sea every year, and the owner of the sunken valley has quickly made a fortune. Xiane settled in a blessed land, where Juehua Temple was built.

Juehua Temple is fifteen miles west of the city (namely the Central Temple). At the beginning of Shaoxing in Song Dynasty (1 13 1), Xu Bangyan got a statue of Guanyin, which was enshrined in Jiangliutang. Zhang Xun, the county magistrate, asked the monk Song Jian to store it in the Juehua Temple for him. Monk Temple County built a temple, and Li Tao testified for him. In the second year of Xianchun (1266), the assistant minister ordered him to distribute 80 mu of land to Juehua Temple. At that time, the pagoda in the temple went straight into the sky and looked vaguely like smoke from a distance, hence the name Juehua Yu Yan. In the fifth year of Zheng De in Ming Dynasty (15 10), the fields in the temple were robbed. In the early years of Jiajing (1522), this temple was abandoned.

Chen Jingji, a Dongguan poet in the early Ming Dynasty, wrote two "misty rain in China";

One: The Vatican Palace is a castle in the middle of the river, and the three thousand worlds are in doubt. The fishing village is relatively separated by water, and the bamboo fence hut has nothing to do with it.

Second, the semi-open fog scene is more peculiar, towering and clear in the distance. A picture of ink, sea, sky and autumn, I wonder who got it in ancient times.

Huang Shang's four-line "misty rain China";

The jungle is quiet and sleepy, foggy and rainy. Passers-by don't know where Lan Ruo is, but they hear Zhong Xin's voice.
