I booked a hotel on Meituan for 5 days, stayed for 3 days (because of something temporary) and needed to leave. I want to check out, but how can I protect my rights if Meituan customer service doesn't solve it? From the point of view of contract law, the service contract between you has been established five days after it was scheduled on the US delegation. As for whether you left for something or other reasons, it is tenable for the other party not to solve it, unless you have other agreements with the US delegation to allow you to check out halfway, or the check-out is caused by the other party. So you don't call it defending rights, because the other party has not violated your rights.
