Working principle of automobile cleaning motor

Automobile cleaning motor is a kind of equipment that converts electric energy into mechanical energy, which is mainly used for driving in automobile cleaning process. Its working principle can be simply summarized as the following steps:

1. Starting process: When the driver steps on the accelerator pedal, the engine will output current, which is controlled by the control system, and then a magnetic field will be generated by cleaning the current coil in the motor.

2. Operation process: When the current coil in the washing motor generates a magnetic field, the magnetic flux will pass through the magnetic field to generate an induced current. 3. Spray process: After the detergent is distributed to the detergent nozzle, it is stirred by the blades in the washing motor to fully dissolve the detergent. Then, the detergent is sprayed out through the nozzle to form a water flow.

4. End process: When the driver releases the accelerator pedal, the washing motor stops running and the power supply is cut off.
