Manjuelong Village is located in the West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, southwest of the West Lake, between Nanfeng and Baihefeng. Manlong Guiyu, one of the new ten scenic spots in the West Lake, is located in the village area. Manjuelong, also known as Manjia Lane, is a valley at the southern foot of Nanfeng. There are many small Buddhist temples here in Wu Yueshi, including a "Yuanxing Temple", which was later changed to "Manjue Temple" and spread by temples.

Manjuelong was rich in osmanthus before the Ming Dynasty, and it is a famous scenic spot for enjoying osmanthus in the West Lake. There are more than 7,000 osmanthus trees along the Manjue Longshan Highway, which are over 200 years old. Whenever bloom is in autumn, the golden osmanthus here is fragrant, pearls and flowers of Yingqiong trees are in full bloom, and the fragrance is floating in Wan Li, which makes people feel deeply.

Knowledge expansion:

Since 1990 first held the "West Lake Osmanthus Festival", it has been successfully held every year, attracting countless tourists to taste osmanthus tea in the village every year. My village is not only rich in osmanthus, but also one of the main producing areas of Longjing tea in West Lake.

The Regulations of Hangzhou West Lake Longjing Tea Base promulgated and implemented by Hangzhou Municipal People's Government in July, 20001year stipulates that the tea garden in this village is a first-class protected area, and the tea in this village is the main acquisition target of national gift tea every year.

In 2005, with the approval of the Municipal Agriculture Bureau and the allocation of special funds, the village invested in the construction of the "West Lake Longjing Tea Urban Agriculture Demonstration Park", which played a window role in the protection and publicity of West Lake Longjing Tea in the village, and won the support and unanimous praise of the superior leaders, further enhancing the reputation and influence of West Lake Longjing Tea in the village.

The village is a natural village with fragrant flowers and tea, good mountains and water, and fresh air. It is a good place for travel, vacation and leisure. There are many scenic spots in this area and its surrounding areas, such as Shiwudong, Leshui Cave, Xiayan Cave, Manlong Guiyu Park (Children's Park), Huang Yu and Tiger Run.
