It is necessary to strengthen the transfer of cases and jointly supervise a number of major cases.

Finally, strengthen legal publicity and education. Expose typical cases, carry out warning education, and carry out legal education for illegal enterprises found in inspections and inspectors.

Typical cases of copyright enforcement in 2008

(1) Copyright infringement case of Weihai Love Your Network Co., Ltd. ... Since its operation in February 2007, the "263 Film and Television Zone Website" has uploaded more than 2,000 film and television works, including the complained works, to the website without authorization by illegally downloading or stealing others' links from the Internet, and signed agreements with hundreds of Internet cafe customers in the name of the fabricated Jinan office of Beijing New Network Digital Technology Co., Ltd., from which the illegal income was 240,000 yuan.
