What's the difference between the Washington Hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo and the new one?

The new building is a newly built hotel next to this building. The scale of the new building is not large, except that the rooms and facilities are newer than this building, and the room prices vary a lot every night. For example, breakfast is included in the standard room, from RMB 0/2600 in our library to RMB 0/5800 in the new library. This museum has more than 1 100 rooms, three banquet halls and conference halls. The new museum has only over 370 rooms, three banquet halls and conference halls.
