Noun explanation of potential products

Potential products refer to the potential products of existing products, including all accessories, which may develop into future final products, and refer to the possible evolution trends and prospects of existing products.

Generally speaking, products are divided into five grades:

The first level: core products, that is, the basic services and benefits that customers really need. Like a hotel-rest and sleep.

The second level: formal products, that is, basic products needed to realize core interests. Such as hotels-bathrooms, towels, wardrobes, toilets

The third level: expected products, that is, a set of attributes and conditions that buyers usually expect or default when buying products, such as hotels-clean beds, new towels, clean toilets and quiet environment.

The fourth level: additional products, that is, providing services and benefits beyond customers' expectations to distinguish them from competitors. For example, hotels-TV sets, internet interfaces, flowers, delicious dinners.

The fifth level: potential products, that is, all additional parts and all possible transformation parts, such as hotels-the emergence of a full set of family hotels.
