Founder of Dalanlong

Yan Junfeng. According to Tianyancha, the founder of Dalanlong is Yan Junfeng. Da Lan Long was founded in 2013 and has opened all over the streets of Beijing in just a few years. This is a restaurant specializing in Beijing’s traditional cuisine La La Long, which shows how much it is loved by old Beijingers. Its founder, Jian Junfeng, was once the chef of a Cantonese restaurant in a hotel, and later delved into the traditional flavors and pasta research of old Beijing. This Madianqiao store is the head office of Da Lanlong.
