She heard that there is a mysterious inn where only the dead can enter, and they can cross over the dead. So she traveled a long way to save those who died because of her. Because she committed a felony, she was bound in this hotel and became an extraditer from the underworld who accepted the dead. At the same time, she became an immortal body with great power.

With the passage of time, this inn has become a grand hotel in the center of modern Seoul after thousands of years. The hotel specializes in accepting some dead souls who have died soon, but are unwilling to leave the world because of grievances or unfulfilled wishes. The male host Shan Xing entered the hotel as a manager after finishing her studies because of the contract between her father and the female host.
