How to recharge the shopping mall

(If the checkout has been completed at the front desk and the order still shows "Pending Payment", you need to go to the front desk to confirm the checkout information or seek help from the front desk. Pay the completed order through the front desk, and the invoice will be issued by the hotel front desk together with the room rate); (Note: This service is not applicable to some hotels. Please consult the hotel before placing an order. )

2. Home-like wallet exclusive: If you have opened Home-like wallet and the balance of your wallet meets the total order amount, you can choose Home-like wallet exclusive payment. When you choose the exclusive payment of Home Inns wallet, you will not be provided with billing service (billing service is provided when the Home Inns wallet is recharged);

3. Other payment: In the payment link, choose payment methods such as Alipay or WeChat (when shopping on the preferred platform through WeChat, you can only choose WeChat payment). When choosing this payment method, you can choose the billing information and issue an electronic invoice uniformly, which will be issued by the headquarters of Home Inn Group. 1) The billing time is 1 working days after receiving the order. 2) The invoice can be reissued within one year after the order is completed.

If you check in, you can choose the front desk checkout or any other checkout method when you complete the order. If you are not checking in, you can only choose any checkout method other than front desk payment.

Optimize the usage rules of shopping mall coupons;

1) The shopping mall coupon is only used when the goods ordered by the home shopping mall are not paid at the front desk;

2) Shopping mall coupons can be shared with other preferential activities in the shopping mall, following the usage rules of preferential activities before shopping mall coupons are selected;
