According to astronomical survey, as of March 6, 2023, the Nihewan Hot Spring in Sanmafang was closed and temporarily closed. Sanmafang Nihewan Hot Spring Eco-city, located 37 kilometers north of Yangyuan County, is one of the famous hot springs in Hebei Province and a leisure resort integrating entertainment, hotels and restaurants.

Sanmafang Hot Spring Resort in Yangyuan integrates hot springs, bathing, catering, accommodation, meetings and entertainment, with a business area of over 1.8 million square meters. Water contains more than 30 beneficial components, such as strontium, vanadium, molybdenum, copper, zinc, cobalt, iron, fluorine, silicon, metaboric acid, radon and ionized carbon dioxide, all of which contain strontium.
