Hangover, what is the main point of this movie?

This is a comedy that takes place in Las Vegas. Three best men and the groom who are about to get married were drunk at a bachelor party. When they woke up, they found that the groom had disappeared. They had to recall what happened last night in order to find the groom and hold the wedding smoothly.

Doug (justin bartha) will enter the church in a few days and marry the woman he loves!
