Day 1: (February 8, 2008) Hotel gathering arranged in advance in Kunming. Friends can leave their hometown and freely choose the mode of transportation (train or plane) to go to Yunnan (Kunming). Meet you at the hotel arranged in advance in Yunnan (Kunming) (Kunming is the capital of Yunnan Province, please check the specific trains and flights yourself). The next day, Kunming-Dali

The next day: (February 9, New Year's Eve), Kunming set out for Dali, Yunnan (the journey is 386KM, which takes about 4-5 hours). After breakfast, we got on the bus and went to Dali, which is located in the west of central Yunnan Province, adjacent to Chuxiong in the east, Pu 'er and Lincang in the south, Baoshan and Nujiang in the west and Lijiang in the north. The capital of the Autonomous Prefecture is located in Xiaguan, Dali, 338 kilometers away from Kunming. In the afternoon, we arrived in Dali. Dali is a very leisurely town. This is Jing Ya, which is comfortable and elegant. It is one of the top ten self-help towns in China. In the afternoon, you can visit Erhai Lake and Three Pagodas in Cangshan, Dali, or stroll through Dali alleys to find the most distinctive food. Or three or five friends can soak together in the bar and quietly enjoy the sunshine in winter, the purest white clouds. Free your heart, get drunk in Dali and go back to the hotel to rest at night.

Because it takes 10- 14 hours to drive from Kunming to Liuku, we carefully plan to divide this long road into two days so that everyone can travel comfortably and easily. On the third day, Kunming-Dali

Day 3: (February 10, New Year's Day) Dali-Liuku (287 km) starts the road to heaven-Nujiang Grand Canyon in about 6 hours. Today, the road is longer, so enjoy the scenery of Yunnan with peace of mind. Outside the car, the road is getting more and more dangerous, but the scenery is getting more and more magnificent and there are fewer and fewer people. Passing through Dali, an important town in western Yunnan, more than 200 kilometers to the west, passing through the watershed pass, and walking along a crack in the mountain for an hour, you will see the rushing Nujiang River in front of you. On both sides of the river bank stands a new city, which is the seat of Liuku, the capital of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture. If we are lucky today, we can see the Lisu people's annual bathhouse party. At this time, the Lisu men, women and children in the surrounding towns will gather around the hot springs and bathe naked. Wash away the bad luck and dust of one year and welcome the good luck of the new year. If the team members want to try, they might as well feel it with the friends of Lisu nationality. In the afternoon, after we packed our bags, we went to the market in Liuku, ate some Yunnan specialties and went back to the hotel. Today is very beautiful: I traveled all over Yunnan and enjoyed the scenery along the way, the big bathhouse and the small town of Liuku.

On the fourth day, Liuku-Fugong-Gongshan

The fourth day: (February 1 1, the first day of New Year's Day) Liuku-Gongshan (248KM) watched the gliding rope in the morning. We took a bus to watch the scenery of the Nujiang Grand Canyon, which is the core area of the "Three Parallel Rivers" area of the world natural heritage. On the Nujiang River, there are still various bridges such as zip cable, rattan bridge and iron cable bridge, just like a living bridge museum. On the way, there are landscapes such as Tiger Leaping and Stone Moon. Shiyue is located on the west bank of Nujiang River in Lishadi Township, Fugong County in the north-central part of Gaoligong Mountain Range. It is located at the top of the mountain between 3200 meters and 3500 meters above sea level, and the deep hole formed by the dissolution of natural marble runs through the whole mountain. This deep hole is oval. Seen from a distance, it hangs like a bright moon on the seamount of LAM Raymond, which is integrated with the sky and is called "Ahab" in charming language. Compared with most parts of Yunnan, Nujiang River is not only famous for its canyons, but also has the titles of animal kingdom, world species gene bank and world biodiversity center. As long as you are in the Grand Canyon, listening to the low roar of the Nujiang River and watching the steep trend of the two mountains, you will feel a sense of power from nature, which will make you realize the diversity and vitality of nature. On this day, we swam in the Nujiang Gorge, listened to the surging waves and looked at the wonders. In the evening, we stayed in Gongshan to prepare for tomorrow's surprise. On the fifth day, Gongshan-Bingzhongluo

Day 5: (February 12, the third day of New Year's Day) Gongshan-Bingzhongluo (44 kilometers)-wuli village, the pastoral scenery of Qiunabang-Bingzhongluo, the first bay of Nujiang, the ancient tea-horse road of Qiunabang in wuli village, Shimenguan, Taohua Island, after breakfast, go to Bingzhongluo and visit the first bay of Nujiang, the first bay of Nujiang, the slate house of Nujiang, Taohua Island and Gongshan Shenshan. Bingzhongluo: Located in the northernmost part of Gongshan County, Nujiang Prefecture, it is 42 kilometers away from the county town of Cikai, with an altitude of 1.750 meters and a total area of 823 square kilometers. It borders Chayu County in Linzhi Prefecture of Tibet in the north, Deqin County in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the east, Dulong River in Myanmar in the west and Peng Da Township in Gongshan County in the south. Bingzhongluo is an important part of Shangri-La Eco-tourism Zone in China, the core area of Nujiang Grand Canyon Eco-cultural Park, and an important part of the world natural heritage of "Three Parallel Rivers". It is not only the only caravan transport channel on the ancient tea-horse road that still enters Tibet along the Nujiang River, but also the hinterland of the Nujiang Grand Canyon and the "tourist corridor" between central Yunnan and western Yunnan. Every household in the village is a slate house. The village is inhabited by Nu, Lisu, Tibetan and Dulong. They all believe in Catholicism, Christianity, Lamaism and unknown primitive religions. They are places where people and gods live. Look at Shimen Xiongguan, walk into the mountains, see the beautiful Tibetan villages in Wuli, and experience the calm and quiet beauty without competition. Everyone can go, too. On the sixth day, Bingzhongluo-Fugong

Day 6: (February 13, the fourth day of the Lunar New Year) Bingzhongluo-Fugong (155KM) Chongdingtang hangs over the river, watching it loose and grabbing food &; In the morning, after our teammates shot freely, we first asked the locals to take us to see the oldest local Zhong Ding Church-it is very likely that the locals will bid us farewell with the most unique song-which accompanied us on the road. Looking at the canyon scenery along the way, suspension bridge and flying bridge (bridge of the wind) are the most representative and typical primitive means of transportation in Nujiang River, and they are still widely used today. It is the highest etiquette of Lisu people to enjoy the Lisu people's feast and attend the concentric reception at dinner. The meeting wine of Lisu people is three glasses of wine, the first glass is "plastic glass wine", which means to be friends from now on; The second cup is "holding wine", which shows goodwill, friendship and sincerity between friends; The third cup is "One Heart Wine", which means that Qi Xin will work together and be of one mind in the future. When drinking with guests, both men and women have the custom of sharing "concentric wine" with guests, which is called "multi-bosom friend", "double cup fight" or "multi-cup fight" in Lisu language. After eating the pilaf, the charming girl held a bamboo cup full of rice wine, sang toast song, and sincerely invited the guests to drink "concentric wine". Lisu people have such a proverb: after drinking "concentric wine", the world is friends. For dinner, we will taste the Lisu festival feast "Hand-grabbed Rice" and attend the "Concentric Reception". Sweet singing, graceful dancing, and the enthusiasm of Lisu children running in Nujiang River will make you feel wild ... Tonight will be a sleepless night ... On the seventh day, Fugong-Liuku

Day 7: (February 14, New Year's Day) Four bathhouse clubs in Fugong-Liuku (136KM) returned to Zhiziluo from Qiunabang in the morning. It is an abandoned county town, because some residents are unwilling to leave, which makes this former county town special. During this period, the old Mudengtang unexpectedly appeared in this sparsely populated canyon, and the Nujiang Grand Canyon is the core area of the world natural heritage "Three Parallel Rivers" area. Shoot Bajiaolou, the "ghost town" in Bijiang County, and enjoy the panoramic view of Nujiang Gorge, Robbie Snow Mountain and Laomudeng Christian Church, and feel the beauty of the original ecology. After Chinese food, go to the Lisu bathhouse where men and women bathe together to soak their feet, take a bath and wash their mental and physical fatigue. Lisu people have a tradition of soaking in hot springs. Lisu women lie in the same pool, relaxed and natural, bare-chested, showing the soul of life and unique national soul that Nujiang Gorge has multiplied in this magical land for thousands of years. A place that has been lingering in my heart, I finally met you, and I finally spent a few short days in your arms. Well, I'm still an ordinary person after all-I still can't get rid of the noise of the city, I can only keep you in my heart. Nujiang-a paradise in my heart, I will come back and throw myself into your arms. In the evening, we returned to Kunming. We can use the remaining time to buy some local products and special folk decorations in Yunnan, have a good meal and make a scene. Let's turn the sadness of separation into a passion.
