March 15th is the most solemn day of Baoxiang Temple every year, which not only proves the status of Buddha tooth, but also affirms the cultural festival of Baoxiang Temple. Every year on March 15th, at 1 am, many people burn the first column of high incense in the temple, because it is said that the first column of high incense on this day is very aura, which can convey the will used to the Buddha. Actually, I still think that "the heart is sincere" and then the temple will hold some activities to release the animals. As the saying goes, "Saving a life is better than building a seven-level floating pagoda". At noon, some great monks are usually invited to recite the scriptures. The actual chanting will be read from the day when the cultural festival begins, for 7 consecutive days, until the end of the cultural festival. Actually, the most anticipated thing on this day is the "Buddha's Light", which is a sight worth seeing. The Buddha's Light is scientifically interpreted as "the day's luck" in Buddhism because of the existence of Buddha's teeth. Shen Kuo, a scientist in the Northern Song Dynasty, also said that in the end, Baoxiang Temple will light some lotus lanterns and ever-burning lamps at night. Lotus is a Buddha's flower in Buddhism, and it is also a mud-stained and clear ripple without demon.
