The main distribution areas and types of geological disasters in our city:

1. The collapse, landslide and debris flow prone areas such as Kunyu Mountain, Ai Shan-Yashan Mountain and the northern foot of Daze Mountain.

Kunyu Mountain covers an area of about 200 square kilometers and its main peak is 653.8 meters above sea level. The mountains in this area are high and steep, and the vegetation coverage rate in some areas is very low. Surface weathering layer and artificial quarrying waste provide material basis for debris flow. There have been many mudslides, and the scale is not large.

At the same time, many steep working faces are prone to collapse.

2. Mine goaf collapse prevention area.

The ground subsidence caused by coal mining, gold, talc and other minerals in our city 12.48 square kilometers has occurred many times. 1In March, 1999, two work sheds in the second mining area of Matang, Laizhou City suddenly collapsed, killing six people. The mined-out areas near residential areas and on both sides of expressway directly threaten the safety of residents and passers-by.

The flood season from June to September is the key prevention and control period of geological disasters.

In view of the above 19 hidden danger points and dangerous points of geological disasters and the present situation of geological disasters in our city, the following preventive measures are put forward:

1. There are five debris flow disasters in Beikuang village-Houzhangjia village, An Zi kuang village, Shengshukuang village-Shangshao village, Lanweikuang village and Dingkuang village in Qixia city. The hidden dangers are all located in the low mountainous area of Qixia City, and the distribution is relatively concentrated. According to the survey, there have been different degrees of mudslides in history, all of which have the conditions for the recurrence of mudslides. We should prevent them from the following aspects:

(1) Establish a group defense network to conduct regular inspections, and conduct encrypted inspections during the rainstorm. If a disaster is found, it will be implemented in accordance with the quick report system.

(2) Before the flood season, the flood discharge channels in the basin should be dredged and reinforced to facilitate rapid flood discharge.

2. There are two hidden dangers of collapse in Huangyadi Village and Xihuangtiao Village of Qixia City. Inspect and detect the hidden danger of collapse in Huangyadi village, strengthen inspection during the rain period, and avoid the danger in time when it is found. Warning signs are set up at the hidden danger of the collapse of the south highway in Xihuangtiao Village to remind passing vehicles and pedestrians to pass as soon as possible to prevent accidents.

3. Hidden dangers such as slag flow and ground collapse in Linglong ore fields in Zhaoyuan City and Longkou City. Monitor the safety and stability of large-scale slag rock flows and tailings ponds in the area and near residential areas, and conduct intensive inspections during the rain period. Isolate the central area where residents gather from the area with high collapse rate. The ground fissures on the southwest side of Xishan Luoshan TV Tower should be observed emphatically.

4. Dr. Li Kuang from Qixia City-Luanjiazhuang Village, Xiangkuang Village, the eastern part of talc mining area in Laizhou City, the northeast and southeast of Matang Village, the eastern part of Xincheng Village in Zhaoyuan City, Longbu Village, Fujia Gold Mining Area, the northern section of 206 National Highway Xincheng, and the Daliuhang Gold Mining Area in Penglai City. It is forbidden to conduct shallow exploration and mining activities near residential areas, set up danger warning signs, delimit dangerous areas and isolate them. Strengthen daily observation, intensively observe dangerous situations such as building cracks and ground cracks in flood season, find problems in time, and reduce disaster losses.

5. The hidden danger of slag flow in Wangershan tailings pond of Jiaojia Gold Mine in Laizhou. The tailings pond was put into use on 1980, and the service period of 1992 expired. The vertical height of the dam is 39 meters, and the reservoir has 800,000 cubic meters of sand. There are empty areas at the bottom and around the reservoir. There have been many small-scale ground collapses in the past, so it is necessary to strengthen the daily observation of the tailings pond and its surrounding areas, and strengthen the observation during the flood season to prevent mudslides and ground collapses from affecting the stability of the tailings pond and causing disasters.

6. Debris flow hidden danger in marble granite mining area at the northern foot of osawa, Laizhou City. It is necessary to strengthen the control of the stability of waste rock piles, strengthen the monitoring of the stability of slopes around open-pit mining pits, and reduce disaster losses such as collapse, landslide and debris flow.
