The economic situation of Cangxi, Guangyuan!

Cangxi County is currently considered a strong county economically in Guangyuan City.

The main economic pillar is agriculture. Agriculture and agricultural sideline industries are developing very well.

I personally think: Cangxi is still a city very suitable for human habitation.

According to statistics in 2007, the economic aggregate increased, the growth rate was stable, and the operation quality improved. According to statistics, the annual gross product value (GDP) was 2.73 billion yuan (current price), an increase of 12.3% over the previous year (calculated at comparable prices, the same below). Among them: the added value of the primary industry was 1.30 billion yuan, an increase of 8.8%; the added value of the secondary industry was 480 million yuan, an increase of 22.8%; the added value of the tertiary industry was 950 million yuan, an increase of 11.7%. The contribution rates of the three industries to economic growth were 33.0%, 32.1% and 34.9% respectively, driving economic growth by 4.1, 3.9 and 4.3 percentage points respectively (see Table 1). The per capita GDP was 4,282 yuan (equivalent to 529 US dollars), an increase of 831 yuan over the previous year. The added value of the three industries accounts for 47.6:17.6:34.8 of the GDP.

The private economy has a good momentum of development. The added value of the private economy throughout the year was 1.133 billion yuan, an increase of 15.6%, and the private economy’s contribution to GDP growth was 50.8%.

Entrepreneurs’ confidence in the macroeconomy continues to increase. The average level of the entrepreneur confidence index throughout the year reached 108 points, and the average level of the business climate index reached 112 points.

The overall consumer price level (CPI) increased by 1.2% compared with the same period last year. The overall performance of market prices throughout the year was that the increase in the first half of the year fell month by month, and the trend of stable operation in the second half of the year. The main price trend of the eight major categories is that food prices increased by 2.0% year-on-year, tobacco, alcohol, daily necessities, and clothing prices all decreased by 0.1% year-on-year, household equipment, supplies, and maintenance services prices increased by 0.4% year-on-year, and medical care and personal supplies prices increased by 0.3% year-on-year. The prices of transportation and communications fell by 1.3% year-on-year, the prices of entertainment, education, cultural supplies and services fell by 1.0% year-on-year, and the prices of residences increased by 4.7% year-on-year.

The main problems existing in economic development are: small economic aggregate, prominent structural contradictions, poor industrial interaction; low levels of industrialization and urbanization; difficulty in increasing local fiscal revenue, and poor living conditions for some urban and rural residents Difficulties, employment and social security tasks are heavier.
