Because of our trust in our friends and the fact that we wanted to spend a few more days in Haikou after the previous trip and still needed to join the group, we did not ask for an invoice at that time. Unexpectedly, something extremely unpleasant happened during the trip, and we had to complain to your department on the following points:

1. The tour guide was of low quality and had a bad attitude.

At 7:30 on October 31st, we arrived at Xingang Pier and boarded a tour bus with the license plate number "Qiong B03760". After the bus started driving around 9:30, we met our tour guide Wang Yang ( Contact number: 13976086330).

1. No tour guide certificate.

After an unpleasant incident occurred on the way, members of the tour group asked tour guide Wang Yang to show his tour guide card. From the beginning to the end, he did not show his tour guide card and just looked at him.

2. Explanations are sparse and not proactive.

Tour guide Wang Yang’s explanations were extremely sparse along the way. 4. Unreasonable increase in charges.

When checking into the "Jinxin Villa" in Xinglong on the evening of October 31, tour guide Wang Yang asked each member of the tour group to pay 120 yuan in travel funds. 5. Does not accept criticism from members and has a bad attitude.

a. On the evening of October 31, when six elderly people refused to pay the fund, tour guide Wang Yang threatened them and had a physical conflict.

b. When checking into the hotel on the evening of October 31st, tour guide Wang Yang did not notify the breakfast and gathering time for the next day. Xiaoxiao arrived later than everyone else on November 1st. Tour guide Wang Yang blamed Xiaoxiao, Xiao Xiao was dissatisfied and claimed that he wanted to file a complaint against him. Tour guide Wang Yang shouted loudly: Go complain, get out now.

c. From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on November 2, tour guide Wang Yang raised objections after showing us the "Golden Coconut Knife" that was not included in the itinerary. 3. Refusal to issue invoices and negotiate solutions.

After returning to the trip on November 2, Dada contacted Mr. An Gang, who had previously signed the agreement, to ask for an invoice, and complained about the shortened itinerary and additional charges during the trip. 4. Other issues.

1. Tourists were not notified of the group transfer. As for the travel agency that undertook this trip, I didn't get the answer until the end;

2. The time arrangement was not in place. An Gang informed us that we can wait for the bus in front of the hotel at 7:30 am on October 30th. The fact is that we were not waiting for the bus at the entrance of the hotel at 7:30, so An Gang took us to Xingang Pier to get on the bus, and waited until around 9:30 to start the tour; the agreed meeting time at Dadonghai on November 1st was 12 :00, if the bus is not available, wait until 12:30;

3. Lower the star rating of the hotel. When signing the agreement, the business manager An Gang specified that it was a three-star hotel. The hotel "Southern Haiyun Hotel" where I stayed in Sanya on November 1st did not have any so-called stars at all.
