Processing instructions:

1. The membership card fee must be paid in one lump sum.

2. All donated consumption cash will be directly added to the card when the membership card is activated and will not be cashed out.

3. If you lose your membership card, you will be charged a replacement fee from 20 yuan.

4. When using the membership card, the cardholder should fully understand the relevant regulations of the card and consciously abide by the special purpose of the membership card.

If the membership card is lost, our company will not be responsible for all the risk losses before the cardholder comes to our company.

6. The membership card must be handled in our company. If the membership card obtained by other means is lost, our company will not be responsible.

7. Every consumption must be settled by the amount in the card in order to enjoy the membership treatment. If the current consumption amount is greater than the balance in the card, you must deduct all the balances in the card and make up the difference with cash. When the amount in all membership cards is zero, the company has the right to withdraw the membership cards.

8. Crystal cards, diamond cards, blue diamond cards and platinum diamond cards can only enjoy membership treatment if they have opened their own key cards. The special key card is for my own use only and may not be lent or transferred to others.

9. When checking into the hotel, members must show their ID cards for registration.

10. Any consumption is calculated according to my admission time, and the account is settled every 24 hours. All free items enjoyed by the membership card are subject to a service charge of 10%.
