The executor cannot stay in a four-star hotel.

According to "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Publishing Information of the List of Executed Persons with Bad Faith" and "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Restricting the High Consumption of Executed Persons", the executed persons with bad faith can stay in hotels, but not in star-rated hotels.

The "Regulations" clearly point out that after the measures of restricting consumption are taken, the person subjected to dishonesty shall not have the following high consumption and unnecessary consumption behaviors:

2. High consumption in hotels, hotels, nightclubs, golf courses and other places above the star level.
