Why is the South District of Great Wall Home cheap?

The south area of Great Wall Home is cheaper because of its low construction cost, popular positioning, small profits but quick turnover, and not a golden zone.

Baoding was born in Beijing, and its name comes from "defending the metropolis and stabilizing the world". Baoding forms a golden triangle with Beijing and Tianjin. Since ancient times, it has been the main road of "three customs in the north, nine provinces in the south, four States in the land, and the highest in Zhongzhou". It has always been an important place in Gyeonggi, the "South Gate of the Capital".

In Qing Dynasty, Baoding was the capital of Zhili province and the residence of Zhili governor. During the 300 years from 1669 to 1968, Baoding was the political, economic, cultural, military and regional political center of Hebei Province. After the founding of New China, Baoding was also the twice provincial capital of Hebei Province.

Location context

Baoding is located in the middle of Hebei Province, at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, and in the west of Jizhong Plain, between 38/kloc-0'-40 00' north latitude and 0/13 40'-1/6 20' east longitude.

It connects Beijing and Zhangjiakou in the north, Langfang and Cangzhou in the east, Hengshui in the south and Shanxi Province in the west. The central city is 0/40km away from Beijing/KLOC-0 in the north and 0/45km away from Tianjin/KLOC-0 in the east, forming a tripartite confrontation with Beijing and Tianjin.
