Location of Zhenxiong Wanda Mid-Levels Hotel

Zhenxiong Wanda Mid-Levels Hotel is a new town in the south of Zhenxiong County.

Zhenxiong County signed a cooperation agreement with Wanda Hotel Management Group, Wheat Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. and China Merchants Capital Joint Fund for Wanda Mid-range Hotel Cultural Tourism Complex Project.

Wanda Hotel Management Group will build a mid-range hotel and cultural tourism city complex integrating business, tourism, shopping, entertainment, food, leisure and residence in the new town in the south of Zhenxiong County. Zhenxiong County signed a cooperation agreement with Wanda Hotel Management Group for the mid-range hotel and cultural tourism complex project.

Zhenxiong has obvious geographical advantages, profound cultural heritage, rich tourism resources, huge development potential and broad consumption prospects. Wanda Hotel Management Group has strong strength and advanced concept, and has rich experience in the development of urban complex, commerce, cultural tourism, sports and other industries.

Wanda Hotel Management Group focuses on the long-term development needs of the city, combines the actual and reasonable layout of functional formats, and strives to create quality projects and livelihood projects. It is believed that the landing construction of this project will play a positive role in promoting Zhenxiong's urban construction, improving urban functions and upgrading urban quality, and will also enrich the connotation of Zhenxiong's "sub-central city for the development and opening up of Northeast Yunnan". It is hoped that the two sides will cooperate closely to promote the early start of the project.

It is understood that Wanda Mid-Levels Hotel Cultural Tourism Complex Project is located in the southern new town of Zhenxiong County, with a total land area of about 164 1 mu. It will be a Mid-Levels Hotel and Cultural Tourism Complex integrating business, tourism, shopping, entertainment, food, leisure and residence.

The project is equipped with a sports center that can accommodate at least 5,000 people, Wumeng Battle Memorial Hall, Fengshan Academy, city park, Zhenxiong No.1 Primary School, No.1 Middle School South Branch, Wanda Five-Star Resort Hotel, Lv Wen Block, etc.

It will become the benchmark of the cultural tourism complex project of Banshan Hotel in Yunnan Province, help Zhenxiong rural revitalization, and create a world-class commercial cover of Zhenxiong as the benchmark of international first-tier cities.
