How does Ctrip refund the full amount?

Ctrip's refund procedure is as follows:

Operating environment: Huawei P40, EMUI10.10, Ctrip 8.43.0.

1. Open Ctrip app and click the "Train Ticket" option.

2. Select "Order" in the lower right corner of the train ticket interface to see the order we have paid.

3. Find the order to be refunded in the order list, and click "Return and Change" in the lower right corner to enter the order details interface.

4. Select the "Refund" option again, and click "Confirm Refund" according to the prompt to complete the refund operation. According to the distance between the refund time and the departure time, a certain handling fee will be deducted when the refund is made.
