Later, when we checked out, we found that napkins and wet wipes were charged for the same thing. Then the waiter said, we charge for it here (well, your place is better), and then we asked, why weren't towels given in the first place? Because in traditional restaurants, towels are served immediately when eating. The waiter’s explanation was that I have to take care of two private rooms and are too busy (well, we have to be considerate to the waiter, it’s not easy for them). Our understanding of this is that customers will subconsciously think that there is a charge for wet wipes, but there is no charge for napkins.
