Should the hotel operation post be rotated?

As an internal manager of the hotel, I study in rotation in various departments of the hotel, such as room service department and catering department, assist the departments to complete their tasks, learn and strictly implement the working standards and processes of each department.

Operation is responsible for the writing of the company's operation plan and the achievement of operation objectives, planning holiday-related product activities, promoting user activity and so on.
