Guangzhou Automobile Group is a state-owned holding enterprise.

Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Automobile Group) is a large state-owned joint-stock enterprise group. Its predecessor is Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd., which was established in June 1997.

On June 28th, 2005, Guangzhou Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd., Wanxiang Group Co., Ltd., China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Iron and Steel Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Changlong Group Co., Ltd., as co-sponsors, transformed the former Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. into Guangzhou Automobile Group, which was the first enterprise in China automobile industry to introduce a number of joint venture partners at the group level to form a joint-stock company.

Guangzhou Automobile Group's main business includes the design and manufacture of complete vehicles and parts for domestic and foreign markets, automobile sales and logistics, automobile finance, insurance and related services, and has an independent and complete production, supply, sales and research and development system.

Guangqi Honda

Guangqi Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. (formerly Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Ltd.; Guangqi Honda (hereinafter referred to as Guangqi Honda) was established on 1 July, 9981day. It is a joint venture company jointly funded by Guangzhou Automobile Group Corporation and Honda Technology Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan, each holding 50% of the shares, and the cooperation period is 30 years.

Guangqi Honda currently has two factories, Huangpu Factory and Zengcheng Factory, with a total annual production capacity of 480,000 vehicles and a total area of 6.5438+0.6 million square meters. Guangqi Honda has more than 8,000 employees. At present, Guangqi Honda's main products include Crown Road series SUV, Accord series sedan, Odyssey multi-function series sedan, Lingpai series sedan, Feng Fan series sedan, Fit series sedan and self-owned brand concept series sedan, and more than 30 models in seven series.
