Arrive half an hour early for the group interview. The amazing thing is that there was also a girl who was interviewing together, who was the league secretary of our freshman class and the English Department of Sichuan University. She was called out by name without any reaction... A group of us were chatting wildly outside. My mouth was dry and I felt like there was little hope. As a rule, there are at most two in each group.
In the last group, I am the only boy, and there are seven girls, six of whom are from Sichuan University, and one is from our school’s e-commerce. Eight people and three face officers were sitting in the corner. There was a girl behind me who was typing away on a notebook.
The topic is that eight clubs in the school receive 20,000 yuan in funds, and each person represents a club to strive for the most funds. The information contains the basic bottom line of the association. The three prices include basic satisfaction, satisfaction and good development. I will strive for more money, but if the eight societies do not write down a good distribution plan within the specified time, they will not be given a cent of the 20,000 yuan.
First introduce yourself, there is no need to prepare. Be the first to say it, show your true colors. Basically, I am more experienced in discussions and naturally become the leader. First of all, everyone decided to report their bottom line. I was No. 8 and the last one to speak. I found that everyone basically reported a bottom line that was basically satisfactory. I decided to quote a satisfactory price and added 100 more. After calculating, there was still 1,300 left, and we discussed the distribution. Someone proposed that his club should share 600. Then I started to shake my head and suggested that there should be a cap and we should not ask for excessive prices. Then I suggested that we could cooperate with associations to reduce costs. Then I decided to cooperate with my football association and the Olympic Association, but the graduate student MM from the Olympic Association kept talking and refused to cooperate... Then I cooperated very well with MM, the league secretary of our class, and we fought off other people's attempts. Objections will be allocated ten minutes in advance. I got 550 yuan more than expected, and I generously gave away 50 yuan. As a result, the league secretary MM and I were the only two people who reached the level of satisfaction. Sure enough, we have the same personalities and the same strategies, which is good!
Then the interviewer started to ask questions. First, ask those who proposed to allocate more than 400 for themselves in the allocation of remaining funds, and why. There were three girls... and then I felt that they were starting to feel embarrassed...
Then the HRMM behind me asked me why I shook my head when I heard their quotation. Then I was even more embarrassed. Then I talked about teamwork, considering others, etc. blablabla.... Then MM pursued me and asked me why I didn't raise the issue of setting limits before allocating. I continued to feel embarrassed and said that I didn’t expect everyone to shout so loudly. The price had already more than doubled without me shouting. Then I asked who I thought performed best. Then he shamelessly talked about himself, was asked about his contribution, and continued to be shameless blabla... and then asked if the first offer was a raise of hands that exceeded the basic satisfaction line. It was just me and the league secretary MM... Then I asked her why and answered her forcefully that this is my bottom line. If I hope that my club can develop well, I can only accept the satisfactory price but not the basic satisfactory price, and I don't have it. It affected everyone's allocation and allowed the 20,000 yuan to be distributed smoothly, BLABLABLA...
I guess it was the last group. HRMM didn't ask many questions, and then said that they would be notified within a week. I cursed in my heart, if I was notified within a week, I would still have to stay in school for a week. It's so inhumane. When I went out to the hotel, the girls I was interviewing with all said that I was really good today, and then started to pretend that my performance was average and everyone was good. But I think my performance is normal, and I still have hope of making it to the finals.
The text message came ten minutes after the interview, saying that I would go to the company for a re-examination the next day. I felt that the efficiency was a bit amazing, and I immediately took back my unhappiness.
The retest was held the next day. I originally thought it would be three against one, but in the end, only the big boss was present. Just ask some general questions based on your resume.
Big BOSS is very nice and I feel very relaxed, just like chatting. I focused on asking about my volunteers and volunteer activities, and the two of them discussed their outlook on life. When it was time for me to ask questions, I noticed that there were only eight finalists on the form, and three people had already checked their names. I asked some questions about the trainee program, the company's publicity (because I personally feel that the publicity is quite inadequate), and the AC case questions that are repeated every year in the recruitment process.
After finishing it, I was still quite emotional and said to the big boss, I am sitting here not knowing whether it is the beginning or the end. I hope I can have the opportunity to join this group.
When I walked out of the conference room, I felt relaxed all over. It was normal for him to ask me, because I felt that my performance was pretty good. It's normal for me not to apply. I estimate that there are only two places in Chengdu at most, and the competition is indeed quite high.
Then we played like crazy for a few days and prepared to go home today. Received an offer on the way.
