The origin of the name of Nanyuan Hotel

Ancient royal gardens were related to Nanyuan. Nanyuan Hotel, commonly known as "Living in Nanyuan and Getting the Yangtze River", was a particularly important royal garden in southern Beijing before the middle of Qing Dynasty. Located in Daxing District, Fengtai, it was designated as the exclusive area of royal gardens in the Yuan Dynasty, hence the name of the hotel.
