Mi Feng Jun was born in August 1942. My ancestral home is Yucheng, Shandong, and I grew up in Changchun, Jilin. 1967 graduated from Jilin university of technology, majoring in mechanical casting; 1975, worked in Changchun No.1 automobile factory, started as a technician and worked as an assistant to the factory director.

Tian Zhong,1born on June 25th, 950, was born in Shuangyang County, Jilin Province. He has served as secretary of the Nongan County Committee of Changchun City, deputy mayor of Changchun City and full-time deputy secretary of the municipal party committee. On September 4th, 2006, 14 was arrested on suspicion of accepting bribes. The case was handed over to the judicial organs of Jilin City, Jilin Province for trial.

The "selling officials" part actually involves 12 officials, of whom 6 are from Nong 'an County, Changchun City, including former county party secretary Zhang Junxian and Jiang Hongtao, former deputy county magistrate Yu Shumin and Qu Bingen, former county party office director Liu Jingxian, and former Nong 'an Town Party Secretary Wu Shengli; In Changchun City, Zhang Yamei, former director of Nanguan Education Bureau, Jiang Zhixin, former deputy head of Shuangyang District, and Zhang Liguang, chairman of Kuancheng Women's Federation; In addition, there are Hao, former director of Shitoumen Reservoir Management Bureau, former director of Jiutai Municipal Economic Commission and former mayor of dehui city.

An Old Case of Tandem Capital Market

People close to Tian Zhong's case told Caijing that in order to make meritorious deeds and avoid being executed, Tian Zhong reported immediately after the first trial, including his old boss Mi Feng Jun and a huge illegal bank loan from an agricultural group in Jilin. These reports were finally submitted to the Central Inspection Team.

It is reported that the Mi Feng Jun case is also related to the case of Li Shu, former chairman and party secretary of Northeast Securities (Shenzhen Stock Exchange code: 000686). A person in charge of Jilin Securities Regulatory Bureau told Caijing that Li Shu had been put on file for investigation in April this year, but his case had nothing to do with Northeast Securities itself.

Li Shu was born in August 1943, and graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in August 1968. In his early years, he served as deputy director, director and general manager of the Light Industry Department of Jilin Province; 1990 or so, served as director and party secretary of Jilin provincial commission for economic restructuring; 1997 to 200 1, concurrently director of Jilin provincial economic and trade commission. Li Shu became the chairman of Northeast Securities in May, 20001,and retired in June, 2007.

In addition, the rice case also involves the case of Fan Rixu, the famous head of the Pan-Asian Department in the original capital market. Fan Rixu, 58, worked for Jilin Light Industry Technology Import and Export Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Jilin Light Industry) after the demobilization of 1973 Army. He was an old subordinate of Li Shu in his early years. Fan fled in early 2006 on suspicion of economic crimes and was wanted by the Ministry of Public Security. He was arrested and brought to justice in June 2007. This case was brought out of Li Shu and has not yet entered the judicial trial procedure.

The relationship between Mi and Fan Rixu began from June 1992 to June 18, when the Changchun Municipal Government and Fan Rixu's subsidiary signed a contract to build the Third Ring Gymnasium and the Comprehensive Fifth Ring Square to bid for the 9th National Winter Games. According to the agreement, Fan Rixu is responsible for the construction of the stadium, and the Changchun Municipal Government will hand over five plots of land near the stadium to Fan Rixu for development. However, these five land cases have been debated for more than ten years. It is reported that this is the origin of the illegal land grant by the then mayor, Mi Feng Jun.
