Let me briefly introduce the basic knowledge of Shantou. Shantou is a prefecture-level city in Guangdong Province, located in the east of Guangdong Province, with Chaozhou in the north and Jieyang in the west. By the way, if you fly to Chaoshan, you can only fly to Jieyang airport first, and then rent a car or take a taxi to continue to Chaoshan. At the same time, Shantou is the only city in China with an inner bay. The photos in this post are mobile phones and cameras, which were taken by myself and my family. Please forgive me for not being satisfied. ? Anyway, let's talk about food now, but let's be clear here. All the contents in my post are my own personal experience, not advertising to businesses. After I arrived in Shantou, I drove directly to Shantou Bahe Lihaiji Beef Head Office and started my gourmet journey. This store was first seen on CCTV 2, and later decided to go to Shantou in the future. The beef here feels good. There are two shops around the head office, both of which are Bali and Haiji beef shops. One shop eats hot pot, and the other specializes in beef ball takeout. * * * In the same way, you can see fresh beef outside the door and the staff cutting the meat. The environment inside the store is very clean, but the environment outside the store is a bit haha. I would like to remind you that this is best eaten at the wrong peak. In addition, Bali and Haiji also opened branches in Shanghai, and my food is not as good as Shantou's. Ok, now let's look at the first part of the picture:

In the evening, we went to another famous Fuyuan food in Shantou, which was seen in CCTV programs. According to local people, Fuyuan used to be a place for local people to drink night porridge and eat supper. Since CCTV reported it, it has become very popular. Many foreign tourists (including us) come here, and the price has also increased a lot, but locals rarely eat. The ingredients here are basically from high to low, and the taste is ok, but it is still a little expensive compared with other places. After dinner, I went back to my residence, thinking that I hadn't eaten any fruit today, so I went out to Yaqiang Juice Ice Shop with local characteristics and ordered juice ice as fruit.
