I am alone in Chengdu and cannot go home. Where can I go to spend a few days?
I went to college in Chengdu for four years and visited all the famous scenic spots in the city. If I were to recommend, I would choose five attractions: Du Fu Thatched Cottage, Wuhou Temple, Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li and Giant Panda Breeding Base, which can be visited for 3-4 days. Among them, I particularly recommend you to visit Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Wuhou Temple.

With the help of his friends, he built a thatched cottage on the bank of the beautiful Huanhua River in the western suburbs of Chengdu, called thatched cottage in Chengdu. Through the changes of dynasties, the thatched cottage has been damaged and rebuilt many times, and was finally named Du Fu Thatched Cottage.

4. Play experience: I went to Du Fu Thatched Cottage twice, and each time I had a different experience. Standing in front of the thatched cottage, my heavy thoughts about the poet Du Fu suddenly swept over me. In the thousands of years of historical accumulation, Du Fu's spirit of "carrying morality with iron shoulders and writing articles with skillful hands" is still passed down. Visiting Du Fu's Thatched Cottage not only allows you to understand a little about the historical charm of the prosperous Tang Dynasty, but also feels the great righteousness of the poet Du Fu's family and country, which is a great benefit.

The Gongbu Temple has high stone steps and flower-window lattice doors, making it appear solemn and solemn. In addition to the stone carvings of Du Fu, there are also statues of Huang Tingjian and Lu You, which are called Sanxian Hall.
Poetry and History Hall: The Poetry and History Hall is the main building of the thatched cottage. Its name comes from the fact that Du Fu was called the Saint of Poetry, and his poems were called the History of Poetry. The more than 1,400 poems left by Du Fu paint a picture of the Tang Dynasty. There is also a bronze statue of Du Fu in the hall.
8. Food and accommodation recommendation: Of course you must try the local specialties Mapo Tofu and spicy hot pot when you come to Chengdu. There is a Chen Mapo Tofu restaurant not far from Du Fu Thatched Cottage, which tastes very authentic. 2. Travel guide to Wuhou Temple
1. Origin of the scenic spot: Du Fu once wrote in the poem "The Prime Minister of Shu": "Where can I find the ancestral hall of the Prime Minister? The cypress outside Jinguan City dense". The Prime Minister's Temple mentioned in the poem is the Wuhou Temple. Wuhou Temple was built in the first year of Zhangwu, Emperor Zhaolie of the Shu Han Dynasty. While Liu Bei was building Huiling, he also built the Zhaolie Temple of the Han Dynasty. Zhu Chun of the Ming Dynasty went to Wuhou Temple to worship, and on the grounds that "the emperor and his ministers should be one body", he integrated Huiling, Han Zhaolie Temple and Wuhou Temple into one. Since Zhuge Liang has more influence than Liu Bei in the minds of the people, folk custom only calls these three buildings Wuhou Temple. The ancestral hall was destroyed by fire in the late Ming Dynasty. It was restored during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty and has been preserved to this day.
2. Historical value: Chengdu Wuhou Temple is now composed of three parts: the Three Kingdoms Historical Relics Area (Cultural Relics Area), the West Area (Three Kingdoms Cultural Experience Area) and the Jinli Folklore Area (Jinli). It is the only ancestral temple in China where monarchs and ministers worship together and a commemorative site for Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei and Shu Han heroes. It is also the most influential Three Kingdoms relics museum in the country and has very important historical significance.
3. Sightseeing route: I have summarized this tour route for you based on my last trip experience. You will not go back!

4. Travel experience: From me Judging from my previous travel experience, I feel that there are two novel experiences in going to Wuhou Temple: First, I have a deeper understanding of Zhuge Liang, a capable man. He is no longer a flat person in books, but a Be three-dimensional and vivid. The second is to appreciate the profound historical heritage and cultural accumulation of Chengdu as a land of abundance. Therefore, I think Wuhou Temple is very worth visiting.
5. Transportation routes: The transportation near Wuhou Temple is very convenient and can be reached by subway or public transportation.
Bus: You can take bus No. 57, No. 82, No. 334, or No. 335 and get off at Chengdu Wuhou Temple Museum Station.

7. Check-in scenery: Wuhou Temple displays Chengdu’s local characteristic culture and historical heritage, and there are many scenic spots worth checking out.
Zhuge Liang Hall: In the hall, there are gilded clay statues of Zhuge Liang, his son Zhuge Zhan, and grandson Zhuge Shang. They are more than two meters high and have feather fans and turbans, which are otherworldly. In addition, there are also inscriptions, plaques, couplets, etc. written by celebrities from past dynasties. The couplet "Gong Xin Lian" written by Zhao Fan of the Qing Dynasty is the most famous.
Sichuan style bonsai garden: Sichuan style bonsai is mainly composed of ancient and rare pile heads such as crab apples, golden marbles, ginkgo and plum blossoms. The spiritual connotation of having exposed claws and looking like a big tree emphasizes the rhythm and rhythm in shape and production. The landscape bonsai in the park shows the majesty and danger of the Bashu landscape, forming a high, overhanging, steep and deep mountain and water landscape in terms of momentum.
Huiling: Going back from the bonsai garden, you will reach Liu Bei’s Huiling, which consists of a screen wall, a mountain gate, a Shinto, and a Xiangtang, etc., which are arranged in sequence on the north-south central axis. Huiling has a history of more than 1,700 years, but it is very well preserved and has never been stolen.
Jinli: Jinli was once the name of Chengdu, but now it is the name of an ancient street. Jinli is a highly condensed version of old Chengdu. Shops are built facing the street, houses face each other, people talk to each other, and people are walking around in a happy atmosphere. The cultural heritage of Jinli is also reflected in stone carvings, inscriptions and couplets. A large plaque with the name "Jinli" hangs high on the south gate, handwritten by Mr. Luo Zhewen, an expert on ancient Chinese architecture.
