How to solve the loss caused by the hotel to the guests?

Article 37 of the Tort Liability Law stipulates that managers of hotels, shopping malls, banks, stations, entertainment places and other public places or organizers of mass activities shall bear tort liability if they fail to fulfill their security obligations and cause damage to others.

If the hotel causes losses to the guests, it shall bear the tort liability and compensate according to law.
