Scenic spots require environmental engineering photography to practice smiling with chopsticks. What do you think of this requirement?

At first glance, I think the leaders of scenic spots have gone too far! Regardless of the window service personnel in your own scenic spot, you are staring at the most basic sanitation workers, which is purely a performance project. But after watching the news, my opinion has changed. In order to improve the overall service level of the scenic spot, on the day of Sanitation Workers' Day, the park held business training on sanitation work, and invited special teachers to teach sanitation work such as photography and chopsticks smile.

If the scenic spot is just a blunt paper asking sanitation workers to keep smiling and teach themselves photography, then I think the title is right. But now the park has provided satisfactory training for sanitation workers. I think this is a scenic working environment with temperature. From the photo, the sanitation worker smiled from the heart, and I think I can't help laughing in front of the screen. Isn't this what the official scenic spot wants? I think we should create more similar training opportunities for sanitation workers for the following reasons:

1, sanitation workers need etiquette training. Sanitation workers often have less opportunities for education. So in the scenic spot, although I am very enthusiastic about tourists, sometimes I don't know a proper etiquette and can't master it well. Often will be treated badly. Through etiquette training, they can clearly know whether they are doing right or not, and formal etiquette training will enhance their self-confidence in communicating with tourists.

2, sanitation workers need a variety of technical training. In my opinion, any kind of training can be regarded as employee welfare. Therefore, if we strive for more technical training for sanitation workers materially, it will not only enable sanitation workers to better help tourists take photos and give first aid, but also enable sanitation workers to gain a greater sense of identity.

3. Sanitation workers need multi-angle attention. It was mentioned before that sanitation workers are always hard-working and have low pay, but their spiritual and life needs should be paid more attention to by the public, constantly enriching their spare time and cultivating their sentiments.

Generally speaking, I agree with the training of sanitation workers in scenic spots and put forward requirements at the same time, but I hope it is not a face project or a performance project. Relevant etiquette requirements, I also hope that the leaders of the scenic spots can do it themselves!
