Recently, Aichi Automobile and Blue Valley Smart Energy formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides cooperated in the development of battery-changing vehicles, research and development of battery-changing technology, production and sales of battery-changing equipment, big data operation and brand cooperation and promotion. It fully meets the energy replenishment needs of B-end operating vehicles, which also marks that Aichi Automobile officially kicked off the "power exchange era" and promoted "rechargeable, replaceable and sustainable" new energy vehicles and power exchange.

With the deepening of strategic cooperation between the two parties, Aichi Automobile and Blue Valley Smart Energy will launch no less than 20,000 vehicles in three years, covering more than 17 cities, build no less than 200 power exchange stations, form a large-scale power exchange service network, fully implement the development goal of new infrastructure in the 14th Five-Year Plan, and contribute to the transformation and upgrading of China's energy supply system.

During the two sessions this year, Chen Hong, deputy to the National People's Congress and chairman of SAIC, submitted the "Proposal on Improving the Policy System of the Business Model of" Separation of Vehicle and Electricity "for New Energy Vehicles. He suggested that the relevant state departments cooperate in research, comprehensively sort out and introduce a perfect management policy of "separation of vehicles and electricity" and accelerate the application of "separation of vehicles and electricity".

With the vigorous promotion of new energy vehicle power exchange mode, Aichi Automobile firmly grasps the outlet of power exchange and gives priority to the layout of power exchange mode with sustainable development advantages.

Relying on the technology of "AI TECH", Aichi Automobile System has comprehensively planned a number of core technologies such as intelligent network connection, automatic driving, lightweight body, platform architecture and power system. There are 969 operating patents and 577 patents (98 inventions), which provide forward-looking technical support for the Aichi U5 tramcar that will be put into operation soon.

As a high-tech enterprise engaged in power exchange business under BAIC Blue Valley, Blue Valley Smart Energy has a perfect energy service ecosystem by linking industrial chains such as new energy vehicles, smart travel and cascade utilization of power batteries. At the same time, Blue Valley Smart Energy and United Nations Netpower, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd., EDF and other partners have realized the distribution of power exchange networks in Hainan, Jinan, Shanxi and Zhuhai.
