Master Plan of Southern Business District in Ningbo

The first phase of Southern Business District covers an area of 406 mu, with a total construction area of 1.3 million square meters. The third phase of Southern Business District is located on the west side of the first phase, covering an area of 1, 3 1 mu, with a building area of 450,000 square meters above ground. At present, the first batch of investors have identified two development enterprises1,and it is planned to start construction at the end of this year, including 1 1, 3 foreign-funded enterprises and 3 specialized buildings. In particular, it has introduced the Singapore Manhattan Resources Group, and plans to build a 268-meter-high regional headquarters in China, which will become a new landmark of Yinzhou.
