Legal provisions on suspension of business for rectification

According to the relevant laws and regulations, the hotel industry should abide by the laws and regulations, and there should be no illegal situations such as receiving passengers without registration, allowing passengers to bring inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods into the hotel, or they may be subject to administrative punishment of closing down for rectification.

Legal basis:

Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Hotel Industry violates the provisions of Articles 6, 11 and 12 of these Measures, and the relevant personnel shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment; If a major accident occurs, causing serious consequences and constituting a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
