How terrible is North Myanmar?

North Myanmar belongs to Myanmar. However, it is a place not controlled by Myanmar, mainly composed of Magway, Mandalay, Sagaing and other provinces and Qin, Kai, Shan and Kachin States. Surrounded by deep mountains and at the intersection of many countries, it is a paradise for criminals. To establish an armed regime here, each hill may have a different road.
